This video makes my eyes wet. ANA's level of customer service and attention to details is outstanding. I have flown many different airlines around the world and ANA is the best. I wish they get delivered their B-787 soon so we can enjoy the US-Japan route on those lovely 787s.
Wow! Great video. Makes you realize how "international" ANA has become. Also, makes you appreciate all the people working "behind the scenes" to make sure you enjoy your flight!
I am going to fly ANA when I go to Japan. I had a Japanese f/a from LAX to HKG on CX and she was amazing. Japanese ppl are sooo nice and helpful. Cant wait to go to Japan.
ANA is probably the best airliner that I have ever gone onto. It's got a relatively good economy class and amazing service. The flight attendants are courteous and the food in economy class is better than the "food" in other airliners. The staff are welcoming even though some can't speak English.
its amazing all of the japanese airlines are very courteous and absolutely professional when we fly ana with our son who was 1 1/2 at the time, they even plastic wrapped his carriage. nice touch and class youll never see it in the states, unfortunately
I just flew from Narita to Chicago on NH-0012. I flew a lot and with other airlines. ANA is the best among the airlines I flew with. The cabin crew is out-standing in both service and look (the f/a are so cute). Their food is great. Over all service raking is above 100%. I will fly ANA again when I travel to ASIA and I would recomment all my friends and family to fly with ANA. The best service for the money you pay. Out-standing airliner. 5*
The most memorable thing about this music was that it was played at our graduation ceremony this May. And I heard this music when I flew Air China (They uses this song as their boarding and disembarking music since 2016) A350-900 to Beijing this summer, I was so touched by the song that I cried on the flight. One of the flight attendants came up to me when they saw me crying, I told them about all the unforgettable memories during my last 4 years. She also gave me lots of advice and we talked about our thoughts for our future, she also hugged me before I deboard: ruclips.net/video/tNEP1kdDos4/видео.html
Absolutely beautiful video. There's one tiny detail: it would have been nice if they had translated their motto ("Anshin, Attaka, Akaruku Genki!") to English. I had to look it up. It means "warm, friendly and reliable".

@guillaume782 Oh no wonder I've never seen male cabin crew for ANA every time I've flown them. Did ANA hire you guys in London? So, do you only do LHR-NRT? Are you based in NRT or LHR?
A helmet? All those who is working at the airport's apron, the hanger and the works(or factory) have to work with wearing the helmet(It's provided by law). This regulations is provided for all those working at any kind of industries. But, wheter it is the law-providing rule or not, I wear the helmet whenever I'm at the factory/plant/works. Because there are many narrow/tight places to walk or work - in other words, I hit my head many times.
Just finished flying with them for a trip to and from Tokyo. Now I know how airlines are supposed to treat passengers, unlike certain other large American Star Alliance members, who shall remain UNnamed, as I do not want To harm thEir gooD name recklessly. And yes, it did take work to pull that sentence off.

毎回シップに乗った時、これが流れてる時は荷物をまとめたりとゆっくり見てられないんですよね。
ですが今日始めて最後まで見ました。
シップ１機飛ばすのにもパイロットはもちろんの事多くのスタッフが協力して飛ばしているから私たちが安心して搭乗できるんだとつくづく思いました。

As I know, male flight attendants are based in LHR or FRA or HKG and they fly between LHR, CDG, FRA and HKG and Japan.
