Puja, there's a lot of difference in the texture when rice is cooked different ways. Pressure cooker rice gets sticky because it is cooked along with sugar.

S Singh, there are tons of ways to make a single dish, but each method has a different result.
When you cook rice and sugar together in cooker, rice become sticky and at times even hard.
The recipe shared in the video is a fail-proof recipe. If all tips are followed, your rice will not be sticky, and not hard. Each grain of rice will stand out.
