Was never a big fan of Imus but there's no comparison. Imus was the same cantakerous grouch in his 70's that he was in his 40's while the 70 yr-old Howchie has done a complete turnaround from his 80's-90's self. Also, in Imus' later years the rest of the on-air crew were constantly busting on him. All the song parodies and comedy bits from Rob Bartlett and Bernard McGuirk contained vicious jokes about his age, his wrinkles, his hair, his drug past, his cancer kids ranch, his much younger wife, etc. etc. and Imus laughed through all of it. Only Wiggy is allowed to say anything negative about himself. No one dares make a joke about his hair, his wife, his guitar playing, his "art", etc.
