@@KelumKey Wanderer never actually got power from Ei. he does seem to emulate her in some ways, even his constellation is similar to Raiden Shogun's/Ei's. but since she decided that he would be too kind to lead Ei never gave him her power. however throughout his life he has drawn power from a Delusion (unknown element. he's the only case so far where we've fought a Harbinger without ever knowing what their Delusion's element was. the story has also never addressed what happened to it, since Dottore didn't demand it when he got the two Gnoses from Nahida I'd assume Wanderer still has it in case of emergencies (since the only other person that could've had the chance to get it is Nahida, and I really doubt that she'd have any interest in it)), the Electro Gnosis, and finally his Anemo Vision. it is definitely not a puppet thing though, since during the battle against the real Ei she has the ring behind her too (her ring notably being exactly identical to the puppet's).

considering the whole thing about ressurrection I doubt that she's living to the end of her Archon quest. of course, she'll be alive by the end of it, but she'll probably die first and need to be ressurrected. only question is who. we've had a death to Mei/Ei (GGZ) we've had a death to Kiana/Sirin/HoV/Unknown God (HI3) will the Cryo Archon turn up and turn out to be a Bronya and get the kill (let all 3 of the HI3 protagonists have their turn)? will Unknown God turn up to do it again? will Ei turn up out of nowhere to completely blindside everyone (the answer to this one is almost certainly "no")? will someone who isn't an expy end up doing it? only the next update can tell.

And on her own, she isn't very good at other terrain except flat land, she's slower and lasts shorter than the others in their turf. Forcing players to adhere to the Natlanian Motto. No One Fights Alone in Natlan Mavuika sticks to that Motto the most as she should because she is the Archon.

There are many clues that point toward Mavuika being a time traveler. First she traveled 500 years with her bike to the future in order to defeat the abbyss, second, she has a bike, something that doesn't seem to fit in Teyvat and on top of that her firing hair doesn't stop moving when the game is paused, only Paimon and Arlechino's idle animation do that (that I'm aware of).
She's not a time traveller. She just reincarnated 500 years later. That scene where she was riding her Bike was just her Imagination, it was like a landscape she created in her mind while waiting to be reincarnated 500 years later. As to why she was able to imagine that Bike in the first place and also SO MANY OTHER STUFF SHE HAD XILONEN MADE, it's still a mystery. But yeh, that bike and Chasca's gun and other cool stuff that Xilonen made were Requests made by Mavuika. Xilonen stated in one of her Voicelines that Mavuika had been requesting her to make seemingly impossible stuff but Xilonen always got the job done.

dragon tech was like really advanced, even more than khaenriahn tech, which means a bike would not be out of the ordinary for somebody who rules the land of the dragons

Remember: NO ONE FIGHTS ALONE IN NATLAN Mavuika as the Archon adheres to that Motto the most. She has a passive that decreases the cooldown of the special Natlanian Character switching which makes Natlan Exploration smoother with Mavuika on the team along with the others. Ofc, it only works in Natlan and with other Natlanian chars.
