Again, the facts were left out of this and they just went with the hype so here it is. When Megan did her IG video, the reason she did it was because the case was initially sent to the DA then sent back for lack of evidence...so she went live to make it stick. Megan said that she and her friend were in the front seat and Tory and his guy in the back. Yet the TMZ and arrest video showed Tory being pulled from the front seat. So at what point did she get back in the vehicle after he "allegedly" shot her....she left that part out of her confession. Where she was shot is not where she wad pulled over at. They don't want this going to trial because Kylie Jenner and other will speak about why she was asked to leave and how drunk she was, and she said she walked out the car, yet was shot in the back of the foot, so did you see him shot you and what was her toxicology report say. Also was Tory given a GSR report for firing a weapon...because he was out in hours and from the time the shooting happened to when they were pulled over was minutes, he didn't have enough time to wash properly. Also her best friend and her fell out weeks after, which is strange because you were together at such a tragic event. Either the girl shot her or Megan grabbed the gun and accidentally shot herself in that car fighting her friend over finding out her and Tory were together. Yet they want a plea so this don't come out, why give a guy who did a crime like that and so public a plea....
