just to let you know a few of the lyrics in the video were wrong i’m pretty sure. juice said omen instead of old man (although i myself for a long time always thought he said old man). also uzi said appas (i think it’s spelt) instead of operas. it’s an avatar reference.
but yeah great reaction again tom! love seeing you vibe to this one. good that you’re getting through the goodbye and good riddance songs. those are some of juice’s best music.
about that ‘demons live in me part’ i’m probably wrong but i always saw it as juice saying that now they’re in a relationship he’s taken on her demons. they’ve become a part of him now. but now i’m doubting it cause what you said kinda makes more sense.

It’s a Grand Theft Auto reference in the hook - when you die in the game it says “Wasted” so that may be inspiration for the whole song
He actually said in the genius lyrics explanation thing that the inspiration for the song was the wasted/waste it word play at the end
