I'm so happy to have discovered your channel. You have so many great ideas. I had lost 24 pounds this year since January 1st but because of a stressful 6 weeks I have gained back about 14 pounds...Today is the first day of being back on WW blue and your videos are giving me lots of motivation and encouragement, thank you so much!
Hi Carolyn! I'm so happy you discovered me too!! :) Congrats on your weight loss!! Don't dwell on the gain back. We've all been there (I'm in that situation now too), but each day is a new day to make it a good day!! We've got this!!! :)
Thanks so much, Sandy!! My friend, Barbie Bolanos, used to do gluten free for her daughter, but I'm not sure if she's doing it anymore or not. Her RUclips channel is her name. :)
You're making me blush!!! 😘 Especially putting me in the same sentence as Mindy. I absolutely adore her!! She's one of the most real, sweetest people I've "met" on here!!
Thanks for sharing. I recently switched from WW to a Calorie Deficit. So I really appreciate you showing both. The wraps look amazing. Oh, for your snack, if anyone is worried about the pretzels getting yucky they can actually be left out at room temperature too. I always thought laughing cow had to be refrigerated until a coworker told me it didn't and I started looking into it and she was right.
I was eating some chocolate chip PB overnight oats while watching this morning!! I love that BBQ sauce. I have used it when I make chicken and brown rice bowls. It adds great flavor! 😋
Hi Mary and welcome!! I'm so glad I was there when you came on to RUclips!! 🤣🤣 It still boggles my mind that my videos are out there to be found! LOL I'm so glad you're enjoying them so far!! 💕
@@mejordan3282 It does! I use a dry erase marker and it washes off with warm sudsy water. Over time you can see previous writing, but if I were to use rubbing alcohol, I'm sure it would come off completely.
So glad I looked for you today! I'm down to beans, 3 bags of frozen veggies, and condiments and zero ideas of what to make this coming week. I'm using your ideas/recipes with a few tweaks to use up what I have. You have saved my week! Thank you for sharing your ideas and recipes!
I agree!! There's something about the texture of them that I really like! If I just make regular oatmeal, I like that warmed, but these - love them cold!! 😋
Great video! I’m just back from vacation so I need to get back on track! I love that meatloaf! I think I will make that this week. I love the overnight oats as well, but I don’t have any almond milk, and am too lazy to go to the store today, so I’ll have to wait on those! Thanks for the inspiration!
This all looks delicious wish you lived closer to me so I could pay you to prep my meals... lol do you have people there who asked you this before. My son said he knows a girl who does prep meals for people it's her side hustle. I never gave it much thought until I watched your videos. Another thing I love your theme song, I sing it at times walking through the house lol 😆
Thanks so much!! Yes! I've had quite a few people ask that, but I found out that since I don't have a commercial kitchen, I could get in trouble doing that. I know!! Bummer! But I can make some and bring them to work for people - I just can't charge them is all. :) I'm so glad you like the theme song!! I usually change it every six months or so but this one has kind of stuck because people seem to really like it. 😊
@@PlanningUsHealthy yeah that's a bummer 😕 yesssss love that song. I texted my son and he sent me the girls information he knows who does it and she has it on Facebook advertising. I bet she dont have a kitchen im gonna ask him. It's called summer fresh meals in Atlanta GA. I sent me a screenshot with her number
Aww...Im sorry you can't have grains! That's hard. I know what you mean!! Heat index has been like 110 here!! Crazy!! We planned on going to clearwater beach next weekend to enjoy the ocean but red tide is awful right now!
@@PlanningUsHealthy You are so close! I live down the street from the beach and went yesterday. Got in just to wet my feet and they are still burning! My throat is still sore too! Be careful!
Hi Kim! No, the kind I have can't go in the dishwasher. (I made that mistake once and it ruined the top of it that seals it 🤦♀️). I just wash the in warm soapy water.
Hi Rhea! Sorry about that - I didn't link those. If you go in the description box now, after the recipes is the list of Amazon links. I put the chia seeds as the first link. ;) I believe Walmart sells these as well.
Curious, how are you using your scale to measure a volume (ml)? This is like measuring cups using a scale. I've seen several channels do similar and I'm confused. Thanks.
@@PlanningUsHealthy so strange that's an option. Just as an FYI, ml is a measure of volume whereas g is a measure of mass amd related by density. Water is 1 g/ml, but most liquids are not, and therefore using a scale to measure volume could be very inaccurate. For instance thick liquids such as honey 10 ml on a scale would actually be 7g, whereas 10 ml of water would be 10 g. If you measure a cup of water and weigh it then do the same for say honey the weight we be vastly different. Just be cautious. I saw a video doing the same for kung pow sauce but when I used an accurate liquid measuring device the points of the meal almost doubled.
@@brandiwasek I definitely agree with you! There are only a few things that I weigh in ml - my creamer is the one thing I can think of offhand that is something I always weigh in ml. I usually only weigh the things that give ml as an option on the bottle. So, for example, my creamer (liquid creamer) says 1 Tbsp is 15 ml. Because that's not something thick like honey, it equals out. For my honey, that doesn't give an option for ml so I assume that's because it's a density issue (?). If there's an option for grams, I'm more apt to use that but that's more for solids like french fries, etc. You are right though - if you were to weigh everything in ml, it wouldn't weigh correctly.
Hi Kristi, What grand ideas. I agree with the Chia seeds. I love the oatmeal cold, it's like an oatmeal cookie, or at least I pretend, lol. 💖💖
Oh Kristi! You always inspire me to get my meal prep done! Today was no different! Thanks for always being here giving me a kick in the booty!
Awww....glad to help, my friend! I know you're there to kick me in the booty when I need it too! 😉

Hi, this was awesome! Thank you ! Kitchen tip. Use a bowl for the veggie scraps.
Thanks so much, Brenda! And thanks for the tip! 💕

Glad your back, you are missed!

I just love your videos! What a great idea to diy meal kits! I absolutely love the air fryer basil parmesan salmon!! 😋
Thanks so much! 😊 That one is one of our favs too!! It's one of our favorite Skinnytaste recipes!! 😋
Great ideas, Kristi. I sure wish I could find someone like you who follows WW and is gluten free. Love you though and modify many of your recipes!

I'll bet making the meatloaf ahead helps the flavors marry. It all looks yummy
It does, which is good because ground turkey breast can be very bland! Thanks, my friend!
Someone say dinner kits!!!??? Yeah!!!
Dinner kits!! I need to swap salmon night to Friday so that I can do different meal kits for everyone! I just thought of that. I may have to do that!

This looks so good but I cannot eat grains! REally hard when it's too hot to cook. Tampa keeps hitting 97 degrees and our humidity is disgusting!

Curious, how are you using your scale to measure a volume (ml)? This is like measuring cups using a scale. I've seen several channels do similar and I'm confused. Thanks.
My scale has a ml option so I just choose that before adding my creamer to my coffee or whatever I'm weighing.
