- Pandemic, protesting, looting and bad drivers… We have a lot of driving to catch up on don’t we.
A lot of these are police cars acting a certain way. Honestly these aren’t saved up, it’s just what I experienced this month… Timely.
Like I said at the end of the video, when the pandemic closures first started happening, there was literally no one on the road. I even myself became one of those people walking around the streets instead of driving ~shudders~. Then people slowly started to drive more and be their LA selves while driving even though there's literally nowhere to go. Wow you cut me off before a red light, congrats now you can go back to quarantining faster? Anyways as it was really starting to pick up driving wise we are now experiencing protests and curfews, which has significantly changed driving around LA. It's also happening literally right where I live in West Hollywood and nearby in Hollywood, so I'm very aware. As much as the dash cam side of me wants to drive near the protests, I don't want anything happen to my car, so I will just walk alongside!
Stay safe and if you aren’t actively protesting be sure to listen to those who are because there’s a reason.

I lived in LA for 7 years and moved to the East Coast and even though those drivers are terrible, you make me miss LA so much! I'll be back!
I miss LA too. I was born in Long Beach, grew up in Hawthorne. Learned to drive on LA freeways. I used to work swing shift (4 to midnight) and to "relax" after work, I used to hop on the 405 to the 10, then back on PCH.

Given what a shit show the USA is in atm, I'd say those cops were all just listening to radio traffic trying to position themselves close to incidents so they could respond quickly if back-up was needed.
Some drivers look like in Italy. Many, most, or all drivers in some italian cities, ignores the red lights totally.
They drive, if they got space for it. And so all do.
But in Italy it works. Because every driver pays more attention to the traffic.
But you cannot trust red lights because Everybody ignores it.

Connecticut drivers are really bad offenders with driving on the shoulder and crossing from the HOV lane to normal traffic and vice versa

If there's any good news with all the crap going on lately, stocks are roaring right now! From here on out it's anyone's guess if we'll see a double-dip or a sustained bull. Anyway, great show! Now that the stay-at-home order and curfews are being lifted, people are back to being morons on the road.
I've been driving in LA for the last 40 years. Every year it just gets a little worse until we have what we do now. It used to get worse around thanksgiving and peter out around the middle of January. Now, it gets worse at about the same time and just stays there. Nothing you can do. Shaming them like this won't do anything. They don't care. I stopped driving a couple of years ago because of carpul tunnel in both hands and feel much better. Unfortunitly, my wife drives me or I take the bus. It's all I can do to not pay attention! I'll tell you a little joke I heard some decades ago that is more reality than funny today. A guy catches a ride home one night after having one two many. His friend comes to a red light and zips right on through. Astonished, the guy yells "What are you doing? That was a red light!" The driver calmly states; "my brother does it." They come up on another red light and the same thing happens. The guy is shaking like a leaf and is afraid for his life. Then, amazingly the driver stops. But, it's a green light! The guy asks why he did that. The driver again calmly says; "My brother might be coming the other way." Don't let them get to ya!

Oh screw that. nothing he ever has said or done is disrespectful to cops. If you followed this channel for any length of time, you would know it just highlights bad drivers (it's literally in the channel name). So if some of them happen to be cops, are you supposed to just give them a free pass? Hell no, I respect GOOD cops as much as anyone, but people like you that think you have to kiss their ass unconditionally are the problem.

No motorcycle ran a red light... 2:41 light is clearly red... bike should have came to a complete stop and let the cars in the intersection clear as they have right away after the light turns red he obviously has to STOP for a red light.

UMMM with the cop and the biker with the red light you do realize that bikers have to follow the rules of the road as well and can't just ride thru a red light, right? Now before that the cop may have had business which we don't know about and the "pedestrian" looked like a pan handler to me so maybe he was telling him to get out of the street or maybe he was being nice and just making sure he was ok, we viewers have no clue as we were not in the cop car. However at the second light after that not sure what the cop was doing, but if can you recite to me the law that states when and when not the cops must have their lights on then maybe he was in the wrong? so quick to judge though....
