Chiffon ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp baking pwoder
1 tsp salt
5 egg yolks
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp vanilla essence
Meringue:
7 egg whites
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp white vinegar
Custard filling:
390g condensed milk
410ml evaporated milk
4 egg yolks
1 tbsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp butter
Cream:
370ml all purpose cream, chilled overnight
1 tbsp gelatin, cleat and unflavored
1/8 cup hot water
remaining custard filling
Topping:
432g fruit cocktail
Procedure:
1) Bring 1 liter of water to a boil
2) Combine all purpose flour, baking powder, salt and white sugar
3) In a separate bowl combine egg yolks, vegetable oil, water and vanilla essence
4) Combine dry and wet ingredients
5) Beat egg whites until foamy
6) Add white vinegar and beat until soft peaks form
7) Gradually add white sugar and beat until stiff peaks form
8) Fold meringue into the cake batter
9) Pour cake batter into the cake pans with parchment paper
10)Steam over med.low heat for 25-30min.

12)Custard filling: Combine evaporated milk, cornstarch,egg yolks, condensed milk and vanilla essence
13)Cook over low heat until thickened
14)Add butter and cool completely
15)Cut the cake and place the 1st layer of cake into the container
16)Spread custard filling and place the second layer of the cake on top
17)Cream: Dissolve gelatin into the hot water
18)Whip cream until doubled in size
19)Add remaining custard filling into the cream
20)Add dissolved gelatin and mix well
21)Spread cream mixture on top
22)Add fruit cocktail toppings
23)Cover and chill overnight
