I was wondering other channels I have watched push the bubble straws down after they cut them then put the second layer on but you cut them and while they are still up you put the cake on. Is there a technical reason why ? Thank you for sharing and keep on caking 💜

Oh gosh, This would be around $300-$500 depending on where you are. And that is just my price from when I had my personal business still. Every bakery will be a little different. My boss priced it so I am not sure what she charged.

That way I don't mess up the buttercrram on the bottom tier;) I don't always do it, but it really helps when assembling wedding cakes on site.
