I am a singapore citizen but born in India, I got to know that I can travel to USA on H1B1 for JOB in USA, as H1B1 needs to be renewed every 15-18 months and not allowed to apply for Green Card, Can My USA company file H1B, in this case would I have any preference as I am a singapore citizen and holding H1B1 but born in INDIA, Need your guidance here in the preference.
