kaam that’s not true, BTS was supposed to be an all hiphop group from the very beginning and the first members to join BTS were Rm Suga and Jhope so it wouldn’t make sense for there to be a vocalist in the first place. And V didn’t come to BTS until much later than Jhope so it wouldn’t make sense for them to “switch” places. I see this common misperception everywhere.
