Tim has a 5 octave range so he can go super low and sing up in the tenor range too. Adam was doing the harmonica and drums, bugs and other sounds but Chance was doing the mouth harp (sounds like a didgeridoo) at the beginning and end of the song. Great reaction Xed.

It is a form of 'Throat Singing done by the Mongolian Steppe tribes. They looped the sound in part here because it hurt his throat, its a great strain on the tightened throat to keep it going for minutes! He does it perfectly tly. Old guy here and we all had one as a kid, but the little twanger You strum while holding the frame with tight lips when learning, wil! hit your teeth and that isn't fun !

The first sound you heard is known as a Jaw Harp (Juice Harp, etc). Chance makes that sound. Right at the end you can see him making the sound.
