Job Mentorship Program | Manzano Mesa Multi-Gen Center

The Job Mentor Program (JMP) prepares high school students for the workforce through a school-based program and paid summer internships.
During the school year, JMP students gain work experience through community service projects, volunteer work, and job shadow. Students use job shadow experiences to explore career options that match their interests and skills. Job shadow placements are facilitated by School-Based Coordinators, and students are eligible for a stipend each semester that they complete approved job shadow hours.
