I have the same trailer and a cable wrapped around the rear axle while driving last month and it wore through the rear bearing seal. I called Stinger and they sent me out 2 new hubs, wheel bearings, extra bolts and a A-Frame upgrade kit at no charge!!! You can't beat their customer service.
Yep, their customer service is impressive, which is why I give them shoutouts on my channel.
I just bought the Twin Cruiser from Stinger... I did get a chance to talk with them and they were very cool! Glad to see they stand behind their product as well... I like doing business with companies like this...

Good they helped out as did. I was thinking of getting one but that 3K price tag was too much 😢
I was pretty happy they did. It is a higher priced item, but the build quality of the trailer itself is phenomenal. I also needed a trailer that could fold and easily store at home.
We sometimes have used or demo models available at a discounted rate. Always sold with the same warranty as new.

@@Viper6-MotoVlogger I just called up Steinhafels and all they have is a 72 inch Love seat. They have a 80inch 3 seat one for $499 I would have to move my end table to fit it where my couch is now and get this they charge $159 for delivery. I called up Triangle Furniture and they can order one it will cost me $1500 Ken said he would go with me one day this week. Wish me luck.

That’s great customer service, you cannot argue with that… I am surprised at the $700 quoted originally from another repair shop… how did they justify that cost for just a seal? Anyway… glad your in the process of getting it fixed 👍🏻👍🏻
I was really impressed with their level of customer services. The nearby trailer company could not properly justify their $700 charge. I suspect that it’s their way of gouging out of country tourists that are in need of repairs.

Boy! I just wish all companies would stand behind their products. Barely any do anymore. Pretty much you buy it as is. That's why I hate making big purchases. I don't want to be out money because the company doesn't want to back it up.

Yep, that local company totally wanted to take advantage of a snowbird. Steiger Trailers really impressed me. I was going to take the cruiser, but my buddy here said we were going to do some long rides and the Yamaha has longer range. Turned out, we aren’t going on many rides. Next year, I’ll haul the cruiser. Be safe bro.

This local trailer place was a complete joke with their $700 quote🤣. Stinger Trailers sure came through with impeccable customer service. A tour of the factory would be cool, but they are 2200 miles from my home 😳

Very good question. Apparently one buyer that purchased after seeing my video, did encounter a problem and the company promptly took care of him, and was glad t9 report that to me.

Yes it was and the manufacturer saw that video and still offered me a new hub.

@@glennrebillard3840 I tarted the bike and hit 150 KPH crosswinds, which ripped it off and it wrapped around the axle and melted from the friction. That in turn damaged the rear bearing seal.
