It would not matter if the conversation were to be recorded. The two would just make up anything that would suit their agenda and the royals would not respond. Number 1 - Wiliam and Catherine are at Anmer Hall with the children, and 2, King Charles is about to tour Germany and even though the French tour has been postponed, he has a lot of work to do.
