Hey Peter! Good to see you, and thank you so much for watching! 😁 Balaguer is the way to go in my opinion. They make some really nice quality guitars, and they are great people too. I believe they have some guitars that come out of Korea which is probably closer to you. But they best place I've found to get them is on the Balaguer website. Hope this helps!
I'm sorry to hear that your fret edges weren't done well. Might want to try contacting Balaguer to see what can be done. I've been lucky with my guitars from them
Good customer service. There are MUCH better options for the price. Joe came through for the shortcomings, but way too many shortcomings for guitars at this price.
@@wce74wce15Warmoth has a few less customization options, but unbeatable build quality, also awesome customer service, and costs less. Having played for 27 years, I've had better results with personalized instruments just by hotrodding MIM Fenders, MIK Squiers, & MIK Epiphones. That is, until I switched over to Warmoth customs.

Balaguer absolutely killed it this year at NAMM! Seraph, baritone Ambient Espada, and the 30” Growler are all so good
