In 2024, you do not need a personal and creator profile. You also don't need a certain amount of followers or posts to create videos anymore.
See if the instructions below help!
Open the TikTok app and go to your profile by tapping the "Profile" icon in the bottom right corner.
On your profile, look for the "Sort videos into playlists" option under your posted videos. If you don’t see this, tap on one of your videos to see if the "Add to playlist" option is available. If you see the playlist option, tap on it.
Select "Create a playlist" or "Add to playlist" (depending on your view). Give your playlist a name that reflects its theme or content.
