Mithilesh Macha we love the videos but I feel you should stick to long form content cos your subject matter expertise is so great. I’m seeing the short form coffee content evolution in North India and even thought the views are in millions, the information accuracy is only about 50%. Thus, even if you go on an upload schedule of a month, I’m sure your audience should appreciate it cos we know you as a business owner/kwafee king. Good luck and enjoy your break!

Do product reviews. Eg: Cheap, mid and expensive espresso machines available in india, (for home use), content that can be understood and enjoyed by the average person who happens to like coffee.
Eg: your cafe tours, vlogs, glimpse of a day in your life, indian coffee trivia, indian coffee history (nice infographic videos), etc.

I think that your channel is more focused towards people with serious interest in the coffee industry &/or people who are in the industry themselves. And that's really good content. So perhaps this channel could also have a bit of a (deliberate) focus on viewers who're not in the industry but are enthusiastic home brewers. The knowledgeable consumers of specialty coffee who're interested in better technical mastery on the brewing side (but not in outlandishly expensive ways).
Of course the industry oriented videos are great and that would certainly add to a niche, so they work well as sole focus of the channel too. So perhaps you can assess who the target audience is- the industry + customers interested in the industry/business side OR would you like the channel to focus also on the end customers who're only interested in brewing?
I personally have nothing to do with the industry but of course i thoroughly enjoy all videos even the technical industry related stuff.
Futher wanted to add that I love the range of innovation in coffees by Corridor Seven. The different methods of processing etc. Have tried some, and looking forward to trying more.

Question: what is your goal for the channel? As someone from the industry, I really like your content and your style, but I might not be your target. More than asking us want you should do, think backwards from the goal you have with the content you're putting out
