Real talk: I never liked Soulja Boy. But that just goes to show that the media folks put out negative shit about him all the time. I actually watched this video and I kinda understand him now. I think I do, at least. The dude is actually honest and humble enough to know he ain't perfect. He seems to be in his own world, but that's ok. That's a good place to be in a crazy world that we live in. I've never seen him be this "real", as he's usually EXTRA in the shit that the media shows.
Props to Revolt for showing a side of him that a dude like me never saw. Shows how the media can paint you as an asshole and have folks not liking you for no reason. I dont even know why I didnt like him. But I have a respect for the kid now. I'm 48yrs old with a 19yr old and a 13yr old...both sons. I wouldn't mind them actually pushing themselves in clever ways to make their lives better, kinda like Soulja did.
