first time ive seen someone give a report laying on his back on a wood plank floor, LOL,, thanks!
I live in northern Maine and I struggle to see even a dozen geese flying right now it's almost as if they've already left and they haven't even cut the beans let alone the corn...my neighbor is a farmer which works out very well for me for access and he told me he's not making silage for the rest of the year they're just cobbing out the corn so that should leave plenty of feed on the fields so I'm looking forward to that because there's a few ducks around and with a 2 goose limit we're really looking forward to a good duck migration which doesn't appear to have happened yet everything seems to be running late this year... Good luck out there and be safe.
The PPR sounds like it's bang up hunting. Here in N.W Pa. not so much. Goose doesn't open until Oct 28.
Send se birds to northern mn. I've seen less combined this whole season than I've seen in single days in years past. No joke had multiplemornings hunting large rice beds and seeing less than 6 ducks from legal light until 11am. Hoping something changes round here with this icy cold weather this week....
Good info. thanks guy's from N.E. Pa.
