While PM, Home Min, Def. Min are against talks without controlling terrorism, Ambassador Prabhu Dayal rightly gave instances how Pak Army, now with Gen. Asif Munir will not entertain dialogue because Pak Army will lose its importance. Pak Army wants confrontation, be it clandestine, so that they can continue to control affairs in Pak. With troublesome neighbors (Pak and B'desh) as well as China, position of India is precarious. Thank you NDTV for conducting a dialogue on this pressing issue.
