I cut my hair short ahile I was pregnant last summer and it felt AMAZING!!! I no longer had headached like I did with longer hair and its so much easier to manage!!! My heart broke with the reactions (but lets be real, kids have an opinion for EVERYthing, amen?! Haha!!) but you're right with as long as YOU love it, thats what matters most!! Hajr can always grow back id you want it to! I think you look incredible and it really defines your facial features!!! You rock it, momma!!!!

I LOVE your hair Bonnie!! It looks SO elegant and healthy!! I went from hair down to my butt to short hair two years ago (I got it cut a tiny bit longer than yours) and I fricking loved it. It makes life so much easier, it’s easier to style, wash, it takes longer to get greasy, and it dries much faster! Now my hair has grown to be as long as it was before I cut it, and I’m going to get it cut short before the summer and donate it. Having short hair in the summer is the best!

I love the new haircut! You look very pretty with or without long hair, the shorter hair is simply cooler and fresher. I did the same change and felt weird at the beginning but it is a big change so i guess your family just needs a few days to get used to it! Husbands can be cruel.. Mine didn't like my look as much as my long hair. But i felt good! And now he is fine with it 🤗

Bonnie I had hair down past my shoulders and I have naturally straight hair. I got it cut about your length and I loved it and my son who is 8 said he liked it better long. My husband said it was cute but a month later said he liked it better long. Personally I still like my shorter hair and have kept it that way. Do what makes you happy not what others want!

As I have learned if you blow dry your hair upside down and straighten it in the oppisite direction as you want it to fall it will give SO MUCH volume!!!!

After I had our 3rd baby I needed to do something for myself and cutting my hair seemed refreshing! So I chopped off my long hair and my family was so mad! My husband had a strong opinion about it and my oldest son cried.....he. Is. Eight! I LOVED it and still do! They all can’t wait for it to grow back but I’m totally rockin’ it! You look beautiful and it’s a great cut! Refreshing for the hot months ahead!

Your hair looks lovely! I love that feeling of a new style - it's like reinventing yourself for a week or so. My husband loves my hair long and always takes it as a personal grievance when I have it cut but my hair can't cope with being long, it looks damaged so quickly.

2) loved loved loved seeing the extensions being taken out. My hair is dark too and has been thinning so I have been super self conscious about it bc it is really noticeable. But seeing you take out the extensions gave me peace and comfort, that there are other people like me. If that makes sense.
