Hey guys 👋, Thank you for the lovely comment. We know how frustrating it can be waiting for the perfect home to come along. It took us over a year and many let downs before we finally found what we wanted. It's like you said Trust in God and when his time is right everything will come together for you 🙏 thank you for subscribing we look forward to speaking again soon 😊 God bless!
In Ireland new builds are not allowed fireplaces or stoves. They don’t even have a mantelpiece or a chimney! Looks weird. I’m very surprised that ye we allowed put a wood burning stove in a new build. Are there no regulations banning them in the UK? Love yer mantelpiece and the kitchen table. Enjoy.
Hi 👋, Thank you for your lovely comment. Yes I heard that they are a bit more strict on the fires down south now compared to up with us in NI but there is no regulation in Northern Ireland yet to stop you putting in a fire. I'm not sure if that is the same over in mainland UK. I grew up with having a fire so we decided we definitely wanted one in our first home... it was difficult to find a developer that was building houses with fires even up here to be honest. Most houses we saw were gas heating only with no chimney etc like you mentioned. Is that law quite recent in Ireland regarding fireplaces?
Hi 👋, Thank you for your kind comment. Yes I believe the developer was "Trap Developments LTD " which is a bit of a concerning name 😀 however they have been easy to deal with and the houses are built reasonably well in today's standards. Hope this helps
