Cinnamon 10 grams(2 tablespoons), Cardamom 15 grams(2 tablespoons), Caraway seeds or Shahzeera 10 grams (2 tablespoons) and Cloves 8 in quantity. Use the required quantity and store the remaining powder for next use.
The curry that is made out of these quantities will be sufficiant for how many people? Please mention that as well, that generally all the dishes you make will be suitable for how many ppl so according to that we can change the proportions.

For example in shamia i still don't know what mistake I do that when i put shamis for fry theres powder that separates from them and they break when I turn. please help. Walaikum assalam brother Akram. Sorry for the inconvenience. I try my best to help our viewers, especially the beginners. If chana dal is added more than the desired quantity, shamis will get powdery. Also flip or turn shami only when the other side is cooked well and when its easier to flip. Frequent turning or flipping will break the shamis. Also use a broad and thin spatula to flip the shamis.
Today I tried this but turned out very bad I dnt know y??I found onions were too much in this receipe that hav given very intense taste...it was bit bitter too... I adore all ur other recipes...but dnt know where I made a mistake...as a result I had to throw away the gravy..n will make tomorrow again but different recipe. If u can advice wat wrong steps can make it tasteless it will b helpful. Thanks.
Assalam alaikum, sorry to learn that your effort went in vain and also that the dish was wasted. Fry the onions only till light brown, over frying might cause bitterness. Similar in case of roasted dry coconut.
Hyderabad Wala Recipes Walaikum assalaam. I didn't over fry them..they were translucent n was sogi type as u showed...like caramalised onions...n coconut was also like light almond colour...dnt know where I did mistake..but thank u so much for ur reply sis.
