So much thanks....It was only yesterday I got know about DCs and my neurons instantly begot an idea of using them to create self-building brick wall.
I just started to delve into DC's and found your tuto...
Much more condensed than in the "skill builder" series. hat tips

I rushed to check the headphones, but then I realized that you preferred the style of laconic minimalism in your video. :)
Although all this can be done easier and faster in the profile builder, you have clearly shown how you can work without third-party plugins. Thanks for the clarification, I will show my students this tutorial.
Ps - I do not like excel, because I associate it with bookkeeping. Do I need to explain that I do not like excel a little less than accounting? :Ъ

I always come back to this great videos. Is it possible to make a "grid" copy of the same component, I mean, creating and placing the copies not only for X or Z?

Thank you for this wonderful tutorial. I have been using dynamic components for tiling in showers and on floors. What I am struggling with is "cutting" an opening once these are created. For instance if I need to put a window in the shower wall, or add a niche.
If you wanted to "cut" a specific section out of your fence to add a "window", how would you go about doing this? I have tried "Intersect with Model" but have had no luck. Any help is much appreciated!!!

Make solid out of it and with the Solid Tool, extract the spaces. 3 years late... but still, it's an option.
