Create a Dynamic Component object with the Copies Attribute that automatically copies the object, this attribute is often used when drawing Handrails, Fences, Multi-trays shelves, tiling ... This is one of the most powerful features of Sketchup Dynamic that makes Models highly customizable.
So much thanks....It was only yesterday I got know about DCs and my neurons instantly begot an idea of using them to create self-building brick wall.

Thank you for this wonderful tutorial. I have been using dynamic components for tiling in showers and on floors. What I am struggling with is "cutting" an opening once these are created. For instance if I need to put a window in the shower wall, or add a niche.
If you wanted to "cut" a specific section out of your fence to add a "window", how would you go about doing this? I have tried "Intersect with Model" but have had no luck. Any help is much appreciated!!!
Make solid out of it and with the Solid Tool, extract the spaces. 3 years late... but still, it's an option.
