hi, Cody thanks for being a massive inspiration, finding these vlogs really entertaining and the sets very useful as i just became coach of a swim Aberyswtyth university swim team in Wales which is a student run team, quite small and lacks funding but trying to do the best job i can and developing sets and a programme for next year so we can punch above our weight in university competitions and get some people from the team to nationals this year, just had a question as was curious as to what tube pull was, I'm sure its just something which we know by a different name, thanks for being awesome, plz keep up the vlogs

My coach is 1 hour away from me so I understand the dead feeling at the end of last year I was seeing my coach 4 time a week before school and trying to do all of my yearlys and I train myself when I can see my coach and that’s 10 extra sessions by my self and on top of that I had a job that I had to go to so I was so busy but I’m really time efficient and awesome at planning now

Hello Cody, I'm a big fan of your vlog and it really gives some good tips to beginner swimmers like me and I really like the way you present things. I have a question about breathing in freestyle, is there a optimal number of strokes before a breath or it depends on the swimmer.. how many strokes per breath do you use in tournaments ?
