This guy spoke at my school for suicide awareness, and he showed us this video before it was released. I was able to have a talk with him after and he is a very genuine and nice guy. Happy to see this out there for the world to see. :)
Great video...Nuno was at my Level 1 cert and I got to spend a weekend learning from him. AWESOME to watch this. I feel like I am watching a "friend." Happy I got to meet him and learn from him.

In Portugal the Crossfit comunities are very snob, they dont embrace newcomers , specially if you are from another race.
You should go to mine then - Crossfit Foz. Our members are from loads of different countries, race, gender, etc.
