I just want to point out something about the outro of this song. To me, he first mentions the suicide hotline. The goal of a suicide hotline is to prevent the person from committing suicide. He then says what about a homicide? I need a number for my people to call whenever there’s an urge to get triggers involved, the parallel being prevention. To reduce violence. Just like the suicide line would talk the person off the proverbial ledge, the homicide hotline would do the same. Talk someone out of committing a homicide. Just my take on it.
