Nah, there's a lot they definitely did wrong. Jobbing Christopher Daniels to Val Venis, turning AJ Styles into a Flair comedy ripoff, refusing to push Desmond Wolfe, the Abyss/WWE HoF ring story, Immortal, not putting the world championship on Pope because Hogan wanted RVD as champ instead, EV2.0, Nasty Boys, firing Awesome Kong in favor of Bubba the Love Sponge. Don't get me wrong, there were some really good moments in 2010 TNA, but the bad was REALLY bad.
@@Sasfoot Well Hogan was originally the one behind getting rid of it, but a lot of wrestlers later on said taking bumps in the six sided ring was a lot more painful than a regular one. I'd rather they be able to have longer careers than whine about two extra sides to a ring. Things got better late 2011. We got Beer Money/MCMG feud, banger Styles/Daniels matches, Destination X becoming an X Division focused PPV, Fortune's face turn, the rise of James Storm and Bobby Roode in the main event scene, Bobby Roode's heel turn and world title reign, Bobby Roode/AJ Styles feud, Austin Aries' run in the X Division. Then things just got better in 2012 with the Storm/Roode feud, the Hardy/Angle feud, Bad Influence, the Aries/Bully feud, Aries vs Joe & Styles/Angle vs Bad Influence matches from Slammiversary, Aries/Roode world title feud, and the Hardy/Aries main event feud.
@@MVega-wy4bw they butchered so many of their future main eventers that year. Hernandez, Matt Morgan, Pope, Samoa Joe, Christoper Daniels, Wolfe. It was a bad year indeed. 2011 was a lot better
Do you bother to watch Impact nowadays? Because this same show had Orlando Jordan, Lacey Von Erich, Ric Flair beating Jay Lethal, Rob Terry, the lame ECW reunion storyline, and Bischoff and Hogan all over the place. Those days had SOME good stuff, no doubt, but Impact is a far better show overall nowadays.
I "grew up" on TNA. I watched every week for 13 years. Through the good times and the bad. ♥ TNA ♥ Impact I haven't watched much in the last few years, but what I have watched, you guys have persevered and thrived, and the company (and those involved) innovated modern wrestling. You don't get the credit you deserve.
Agree 2010 was bad but it did have a few good moments like this they brought in old guys like hulk hogan , ric flair , nasty boys , scott hall xpac ect they got rid of the 6 sided ring and pushed the homegrown talent aside like styles, joe ect
Can we get a dvd of this or all theses matches on a DVD because this was amazing best of 5 series 2 teams at there peak facing off the matches were phenomenal build up was great story line was great love it
If You Agree With Me or Not TNA Greatest Tag Team My Top 12 12: America Most Wanted 11: AJ Styles & Christopher Daniels 10: LAX/ Homicide & Hernandez 9: Santana and Ortiz 8: Beer Money 7: 3LK 6: Lethal Consequences 5: Team Canada 4: The Naturals 3: The Lucha Brothers 2: MCMG 1: The Hardys
Again, if you were to make a list of the best tag teams in Impact/TNA, Beer Money and MCMG without question are at the top of the list within the top 2
I remember the dvd of mcmg and beer money coming out which I bought and it NOT having any of the BO5 matches on it and barely more than 1 match between them. But it had room for the X-Division cage match.
I think so. TNA in 2010 had MCMG, Beer Money, Team 3D, LAX, Ink Inc., etc. While WWE in 2010 had ShowMiz, Cody and McIntyre, The Hart Dynasty (they weren’t that bad), John Cena/David Otunga (as Tag Champs no less 🙄) So yeah, to me, TNA had the best Tag division (and knows how to use them)
These guys, LAX and Team 3D genuinely carried that division close to a decade, Impact was far from perfect but their tag team division was usually pretty impressive
It brings a tear to my eye when I look at Bobby Rude during his impact days
can feel u bro
Agreed.
*Roode
This best of 5 series made me fall in love with wrestling as a 10 year old kid.
I was reading magazines before it came on TV and I still watch I’m 55
Beer money and MCMG these 2 tag team's are simply legendary, those 4 guy's are so damn good
I totally agree but it’s also sad that Bobby Rood left his partner behind and went to WWE
They had an amazing chemistry together
@@Darkstar301
It was James storm who left Bobby for WWE in the first place later he came back in TNA when Bobby contract was almost over
Beer money ❤
Before Usos/New Day, we had best of 5 MCMG vs Beer Money
Yes
American wolves and Dudley's did it too.
Briscoe and red dragon.
WWE has never had an original idea
Now we can see if MCMG can handle themselves against The Usos and New Day
impact 2010 underrated. it really gets too much hate it doesn’t deserve

I stopped watching in 2010 after Hogan & Bischoff came in. The booking was horrible and getting rid of the 6 sided ring sucked.

Me too
You’re not the Onli 1. This was probably the Onli decent thing during the Hogan/Bischoff era
One of the best things that happened during the Hogan-Eric era The Best of 5 Series between these two

Motor City Machine Guns are the best in the world because they have been the most greatest team in TNA since Kevin Nash have been helping out MCMG.
Two of the greatest Tag Teams in TNA/IMPACT!! Both should be in the Top 5
Looks better in retrospect but 2010 was the start of the end.. before Anthem started rebuilding.
Agree 2010 was bad but it did have a few good moments like this they brought in old guys like hulk hogan , ric flair , nasty boys , scott hall xpac ect they got rid of the 6 sided ring and pushed the homegrown talent aside like styles, joe ect

My favorite TNA tag team of all time. BEER MONEY!!!
I got a question did tna had best tag team division better than wwe at this year’s what do y’all think
