we not go to hospital as long Nigerian Doctors is working im sugar diebetic and High blood i treat my self when they're hire south african.we gonna go.to hospital
Having a liason or some sort of negotiator between Public and Private sector would help Doctors in Public sector to be assisted by Doctors in Private Sector and vice versa. We can thus potentially share resources
Critical shortage of Professionals. How can Psychology students be utilised? Graduates, and those that have studied further. WE receive no information, no feedback, no advise, no tabled plans that would provide direction. The Universities were closed for so long during Covid and it seems that they conveniently forgot about us. Honours, Masters, Phd's ,,, if they have studied further, then they want to be productive, so they are serious about their goals.
I'm leaving this country this year or next year. In Saudi Arabia , once thier citizen Dr's return home after studying , as a foreigner you r terminated in favor of thier own but not here in SA
He’s partly right, but this whole situation is honestly complicated. When these doctors are working in the public sector, they come with their issues. They are never at work on time, they never leave on time. They follow their own guidelines. They are a law onto themselves. It’s not all of them, but from my experience, there are a lot that do this. Over sight is definitely an issue, but medical managers protect them and do not resolve the issues. My 2 cents
Private medical practice should be serving all the people of South Africa. Private practice is a money making racket and should be publicly controlled.
Well done Sir for talking the truth. We need more Ministers like this gentleman.. He is honest and fighting for our country
Wel done.... Kudus to this guy he knows exactly what he is talking about.
