No its called ATTAN which originated from the KHATTAK tribe of present day Pashtun community in Pakistan. It has been performed by us since last 3000 years if I consider it at very least, otherwise its history is far more than that while Garba dates back to 15th century originated from Gujarat region of India. It(ATTAN) was performed before wars by the warriors . I have seen Garba dance ,its less or more similar to ATTAN thats why I think you misunderstood it with Garba which is a celebrative part of worship of Hindu goddess Devi . I am basically a Khattak so we (also other Pushtoon tribes) perform it in weddings. Even it is the national dance of Afghanistan. BTW, Garba dance is also very much full of fun .I have seen our Hindu brothers and sisters collectively performing it in SINDH and its performed in Navaratri. Please don't misunderstand me, I just wanted to clear your view about ATTAN.

yes, there are scholarships available for bachelors student BIT, beijing jiaotong university, university of science and technology u can also join different csc scholarship groups on facebook for more information.
