You could start a YT series called “life as a new empty nester” Once a month you could try a new activity , visit a new place, or try a new recipe, etc. Just something to pour into yourself & explore new interest as you move forward with this new journey ❤

Empty nesters since 2019. I didn’t consider empty nesters until the graduated college and got their own place. It’s the best time. At first I didn’t know what to do with myself but I slowly got into a groove. FYI. You never stop worrying. Thanks for sharing

Empty nester since 2020. Best time of my LIFE!! I have raised kids since I was 20 and I mean a very involved mother. Unfortunately I cannot relate. When you realize they are going to live their life regardless you’ll stop worrying so much and begin living your life. ❤

Hello my love I understand the empty nest feeling when is time for the birdies to leave the nest that's what we raised them to do but it's nothing wrong with how you feel just want to remind you of those beautiful thoughts you had about your beautiful pajamas and you're flowing robes and all of the other things I want to see you put on one of those beautiful pajamas and long flowing robes and take it one day at a time I pray God's blessings and peace over you and your children keep your head up and keep moving forward❤

It is HARD being an empty nester..When you realize that your kids have grown up..and now be faced with how little you know about yourself (ie: hobbys, interests & etc) bc our life revolved around the kids..it does get better though😊 allow yourself to cry when you need, lean on friends & family who understand what you’re going through
