So "cockles" are actually the ventricles of your heart! Didn't know you were in the medical field, did you, Pam? Just thought you should know! Having spent over 30 years in the medical field, I often quietly giggle at people who have the cockles of their heart warmed! You both certainly warm mine every week!!
I do love it when you show the map for stitch harmony. As an Aussie where two thirds of our country is arid,I love seeing all the lovely farmland and woods. I always google map the town and have a good look around. I will probably never travel to the USA,so it’s like armchair travel for me.
Thank you Pam and Steph for another awesome Flosstube. Your stitching is beautiful and you are so close to finishing them both Pam. Have a great week. Love and blessings xx
I traveled to Indiana to see the eclipse. It was way cooler than I thought it would be. The difference between 99 and 100 percent totality is like night and day. I need to see it again. 😊
Hi friends! So good to see you and laugh alongside you both :) It's hard to believe that Stitch-Con is coming right up! How exciting!! Steph, I love the progress you've made on the fox chart, and the colors charted really add depth to his face. I hope you're still riding the high of the eclipse! Happy stitching 💜
I used to think I had no friends to stitch with, but then I realized I have all the wonderful caring people that I watch on flosstube. You both are just wonderful and you make me feel good. Thank you so much.❤❤❤❤😊
Oh ladies, you have made my day yet again! This past Thursday, we had a spring storm. 3 feet of heavy, wet, nasty snow. We were without power for 3 days and internet for 5 days. Being in the middle of nowhere, Maine, we don't have cell service. While having my morning coffee today, the internet returned! After quite an elaborate happy dance, I decided my return to society had to be Just Keep Stitching! You ladies did not disappoint! Thanks for all the laughs I so desperately needed after my week of isolation! 😂
I love that you are mother and daughter stitchers. I also stitch with my mom. I might have to stop watching, because every time I watch, I accidentally Add to Cart again! 😂 this time I ordered the display boards you showed,
Pam and Stephanie You remind me of my mom and i.. We would also joke over each other. Unfortunately she passed suddenly in June of 2009. It wad in this episode Pam was talking about project bags as a 🎁. That instant she said bless you after I sneezed. Coincidence. I think mom is still watching me And enjoys all my stitching. Love you guys!!! ❤️
You both are great as always. We camped at Indian Lake State Park in Ohio to be on the center line for the eclipse. It was a fantastic experience. We also saw all the terrible devastation from the tornadoes in that area from a few weeks ago. 😢
Thanks so much for mentioning and joining our #simplyawesomeSAL Pam. I’ve wanted to do these Drawn Thread seasonal charts for awhile and when Peter decided he did too, it was time. I look forward to sharing our different approaches tonight and I’m excited to see how others will be stitching them too. Thanks again and I always look forward to my Sunday evenings with the two of you. See you in June.
Fun video. I'm in TN, but I'm about 2.5 hours from Knoxville. There is a group on FB that meets in Knoxville, called East Tennessee Cross Stitchers. Pam, your survival stitch is looking gorgeous! I haven't done one that large yet. I'm amazed that you'll have so many flosstubers at Stitch Con! I guess I should try to make it one year, so I can be added to that list. It's a bit of a drive for me.
If you mis-count, it is frustrating.....yes,Pam, yes....I am sitting here listening to your video while frogging hours worth of work because I did not count correctly and did not catch it until a whole section was done! Laughing with you and Steph is all that saved me from crying😭 Frogging is complete so now just enjoying the video before I start again.
I like the "anteater" on the light green fabric. Love the Fragments in Time. Always good to check reference points along the way. We love the Bloopers! Enjoy the eclipse, appx 70% here, I'll be doing laundry!
Thank you for another great video. And thank you for bringing Franklin to my attention! I didn’t know that was coming and it looks like Friday is when it will be released. Can’t wait to watch it.
The two tall stitchers are one of my favorite flosstubes! The piece behind you in the center Jane of Jane & Julie just started it. Thanks Pam for the tips on why you don't do the borders first. Enjoy your open game.
Thanks for another video. I always look forward to watching to see your beautiful stitching. I have watched all your episodes and remember well the "We the Pee Pee" comment. In fact, I often think that phrase to myself whenever I look at patriotic cross stitch. Where I live, we should get about 98% of the eclipse and I am good with that! If I were to drive about 150 miles west I could see 100%, but then I'd also have fight 58 million cars trying to get to see it. Steph, that fox chart is absolutely adorable!
#stitchharmony Hello Pam and Steph! My name is Erin and I am located in Columbus, GA. I am a mother to a bunch of little kids and I'm looking for a stitchy friend in my area! I enjoy quilting and cross stitch as well as gardening and CrossFit. Hoping to get connected to someone who shares my love of needlework and creativity. This community is such a delight. Thanks for all you do for this community! ❤ Erin
Well we’re having an eclipse party because neither of us at the age we are(in our 60’s) don’t think we’ll be here in 20 years for the next one! We live in Evansville IN so everyone’s excited and heading over ! We both took off work and we are having a special menu for lunch! Should be fun! Love it all so much ladies as always and thanks for all you do❤
Another hilarious episode of JKS! Pam, I am sure that We the Pee Pee will ever be forgotten! That has to be the all time best blooper of any Flosstube! Beautiful WIP progress for each of you and Pam, I’m sure that you will likely have a few finishes by next week! Steph, when you asked Pam what was happening on Tuesday I was sure that you were talking about the total eclipse, and I held my breath until you announced that it was Opening Day for the Red Sox! I burst out laughing, because I was sure that you had the wrong day for the eclipse! I hope that you did get to see it, I think it was the most amazing thing I’ll ever experience! I am so happy that we were right in the path of totality here in NE Ohio! Thankful for the nice weather too and that the clouds didn’t ruin it! Looking forward to seeing you in June!
I’m not from New England and I’ve never heard the phrase before, but I cackled when Pam said, “The light dawns on Marblehead.” 😂 Such a funny saying!! I also feel so sad for the Oakland As players and fans. What a horrible situation. I hope again this year that my Dodgers meet your Red Sox in the postseason!!
Hi Both, your stitching is so inspiring you both! I’ve struggled to be motivated to stitch this week and seeing your progress is outstanding. You have warmed my cockles 💜🥰💜
I haven't yet seen the "We the PP" episode (but you bet I'm going to look for it as soon as I'm done typing this!). It brought to mind a family story that makes us all laugh about as hard as you described. When my oldest nephew was about 3 (he's graduating from high school in two months.. how is that??) we took a family vacation to Baltimore. One of the activities was that we were attending the firefighters convention. As we walked around the exhibitors floor, my nephew was trying to get my attention.. and as he called to me I"m POSITIVE that the other thousands of people in the hall became absolutely silent.. so that they could hear "Aunt Pee Pee, Aunt Pee Pee Come here!" As a newly divorced single female in an area full of firefighters, that was NOT how I had hoped to be noticed! LOL As always, thank you for the inspiration and education! 🪡👠
Of course we are all going to be around...we are close to the same age and the fact that we have plenty of stash to keep us going for at least that long....Happy opening day!
Pam! Can you just calm down a second?!! 😂 Happy Tuesday! Opening Day! I know what my husband will be watching! I did not have earthquake on my Bingo card last Friday! We have our eclipse glasses ready for today! Have a great week!
Whew! So glad math is back. I was going through withdrawals. Follow the notes, Steph! LOL! Wow, Steph! You have Pam checking out early! You just want all the stash. I know you. I've got my eye on you. Pam, I have your back. You will be here in 2044! No worries about that. Thanks for all the great stitchy goodness and the laughs! See you next week!
Hey Ladies, You two knocked it out of the Red Sox Ball Park tonight! The stitching was exquisite! The banter had me in stitches but the blooper you talked about had me laughing it so hard I almost peed my pants! Love spending my Sunday nights with you! Pam, your Courage is so beautiful! Hope you both have a great week!
From warming our cockles to We the Pee-ople to ‘participating’ in the eclipse you kept me on my toes. Thank you. And Yes- I am a HUGE Angels fan and thank you for celebrating OUR opening day last Friday. Red Sox won 😢but it is always great to watch the Red Sox … especially when they beat that team from NY. I look forward to meeting you both at Stitch Con. 😀
Just finished the episode and thank you for the one of the best 'Promotions' part. Actually it was the part pf the book but model stitcher forgot to stitch on time, that is why 'supplement' definition was absolutaly correct.😘😘
The eclipse in 2044 will only pass through 3 northern US states. It’s not back in our area until 2099. 2044 is most likely a stretch for me, too; I’m giving up all hope for 2099!! 🥴☀️🌚😎
Once again, you ladies are the highlight of my Sunday nights! I thought for sure when Pam said “Happy April” at the beginning of the video, she was going to follow up with “ ‘cuz…Calendar” rather than “because we are in April”. For the fox that Steph is stitching, I really think for the printing she should put “Front Porch” or “Front Yard”. It would be such a cute way to memorialize that story you shared. I can hardly wait for StitchCon and hope to meet you both in person. I’m a little scared as it is my first retreat in person, but I trust it will be great. In the meantime, have a great week!
My fellow Red Sox lovers! Steph mentioned her love of Trevor Story, my first ever crush was Carlton Fisk,AKA,Pudge. Im sure Trevor will be healthy when he comes to Cincinnati. Our boys are going to do great this year! I feel it!!! PS i loved your stitching this week!!
Excited to sit down and finish a piece that I almost finished last but it got late and I had to put it up. Tonight I would ring the bell too if there was a finish…Steph hadn’t even finished the math equation and I noticed a mistake! 🫣 I had miscounted and spent the next 42 mins of the video frogging 🐸 luckily I enjoyed some laughs as always. Sadly I did not finish my stitch tonight BUT I did enjoy the rest of the video with a plate of nachos 😅
Oh my goodness. I have never heard anyone else say the “Marblehead” line! I usually say “dawn breaks over Marblehead” and I always get blank stares. I’m sure it’s a “momism” … learned from my South Boston mom 😂
The Proper Stitcher lives in Knoxville and there is a cross stitch shop in Johnson City, TN. Maybe reach out to them and they can help you find a stitching group.
@deborahfitzer6877 thank you Deborah 😊 I do love the shop in Johnson City! It's a bit far for me to travel to regularly though. And I've been a bit too nervous to reach out to Annie. I know she must be busy, I don't want to bother her!

You name it, she’s got it! 😂 we took her to the zoo and they had red and white foxes there and she burst into tears when she saw them. She’s adorable 🥰 but we have no idea where this obsession came from!
What a great video!! Beautiful stitching and LOTS of laughs. Pam, did you say WE the pee pee? Or WEE the pee pee? The second one is correct you know….. cuz spelling!! 😂😂😂
Stephanie, Your fix piece is so cute. What if you charted the words, "Porch Fox" at the bottom in memory of those little critters under the porch during lockdown? Then it would mean something really special to you. The border also reminds me of latis work that you would see on a porch. Happy Stitching, Kari StClair
Lovely as always to see you both, so happy I'm out of my funk; your Stitch Harmony "post" just about broke my heart (once a mom always a mom), made me wish I lived closer to her! STEPHANIE, Grape juice comes from vineyards you know, not just wine! No reason whatsoever to remove the word Vineyard from your gorgeous Fox and Grapes piece! I too love that handsome fox, we also have foxes around us and I think that is so cute!! Now, if you come up with another word you like as much, fine, but HELLO!! Grape juice!! We are affected by the sun here in the DC area, no big plans though. :) And yes, this may be the last solar eclipse in my life time as well -- who knows! I plan to party like it is!! (Actually, I have no plans, but I do have glasses just in case I decide to stare at the sun for some reason.)
#stitchharmony my name is Martha and I live in Bayside, Queens New York. I’ve been stitching for some time and I’m looking for a stitchy friend. I’ve been watching you ladies for sometime and I’m jealous because I’m a lonely stitcher. HELP.
The Aesop fable with the fox and grapes was about the concept of "sour grapes" where someone has a negative attitude about something they can't have (fox couldn't reach the grapes, so he said they were probably sour and not worth eating).
So "cockles" are actually the ventricles of your heart! Didn't know you were in the medical field, did you, Pam? Just thought you should know! Having spent over 30 years in the medical field, I often quietly giggle at people who have the cockles of their heart warmed! You both certainly warm mine every week!!

Wonderful to know!
“We The Pee-Pee-definitely an iconic Pam & Steph moment!😆😆love the fun, laughter and great stitching you’ve brought us for years! 💕
Thank you Pam and Steph for another awesome Flosstube. Your stitching is beautiful and you are so close to finishing them both Pam. Have a great week. Love and blessings xx

Thanks for the awesome shoutout on your flosstube! I’m so glad you love your new project bag! Loved watching you both today! 🪡🧵
Great stitching and so much fun! Thanks for keeping me laughing every week.
Just wanted to say how much you both inspirer me.

Love you guys!!! ❤️
Gee, I feel so well informed about the eclipse. Thanks for sharing and all the laughs. ❤️❤️
Great floss tube again ladies. I love when you both get the giggles. Makes me giggle along with you.
You both are great as always. We camped at Indian Lake State Park in Ohio to be on the center line for the eclipse. It was a fantastic experience. We also saw all the terrible devastation from the tornadoes in that area from a few weeks ago. 😢
Great episode and great stitching. You two had me cracking up! Thanks for the laugh and the company.
Wonderful video as usual!!!! Love your videos. Can’t wait to see you at Stitch Con!! Have a great week…. Debbie
Thank you ladies for a great show. So good to see you both. Happy stitching & Go Reds!!

You both are a joy to watch! Once again I spent more time ripping then stitching. Laughing so hard at "We the Pee Pee"

My hometown is in the path of totality and I’m seeing everybody get ready and have fun, I wish I could be there too!🥰
Benjamin Franklin was our very first Postmaster General. I love him to bits. 😊
Let me recommend the Ken Burns Benjamin Franklin documentary on PBS as well. You two crack me up every week!
We watched that one 👍
I’m not from New England and I’ve never heard the phrase before, but I cackled when Pam said, “The light dawns on Marblehead.” 😂 Such a funny saying!! I also feel so sad for the Oakland As players and fans. What a horrible situation. I hope again this year that my Dodgers meet your Red Sox in the postseason!!
I really look forward to y’all and your flosstube has become my Sunday evening relax and laugh along ritual.
Hi Both, your stitching is so inspiring you both! I’ve struggled to be motivated to stitch this week and seeing your progress is outstanding. You have warmed my cockles 💜🥰💜
Yep, last solar eclipse for us! Pam I laughed out loud, we should have planned better!! Love you all. 🪡🧵☮️🌷

Tuesday!! Tuesday!! GO SOX!!!
Oh oh oh!
I celebrated that you my family said hi to me!😅
Please know how much you both make me so happy!🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thank you!!!❤
Of course we are all going to be around...we are close to the same age and the fact that we have plenty of stash to keep us going for at least that long....Happy opening day!
Pam! Can you just calm down a second?!! 😂 Happy Tuesday! Opening Day! I know what my husband will be watching! I did not have earthquake on my Bingo card last Friday! We have our eclipse glasses ready for today! Have a great week!
Hi Pam and Steph, love the colors of your ink circles pattern Pam. Your Quaker piece is looking great also. Have a great week. TTFN
You started with the moon and ended with the sun! Thanks for keeping each other on your toes and the happy encouragement.
As always, thanks for a fun filled episode.
Always lovely catching up with you babes. Hope you had a wonderful Easter 🐣 ❤
I live in Cleveland and it was awesome.
Pamela, I was just looking at that Scottish pattern last night. It's gorgeous! I'm looking forward to following your progress.
🤣🤣🤣That’s all I gots to say about that!🤣🤣🤣❤️
Oh my goodness. I have never heard anyone else say the “Marblehead” line! I usually say “dawn breaks over Marblehead” and I always get blank stares. I’m sure it’s a “momism” … learned from my South Boston mom 😂
Thanks for sharing!❤
Thank you Pam and Steph for picking me for #stitchharmony this week! Fingers crossed :)
Hi, I live in Maryville if you are still looking for a stitcher friend. 😊
I also stitch a lot of foxes. I’m currently working on the fox pattern of the HAED Sal, I just finished the little Mill Hill winter holidays fox and I’ve got the year in the woods fox to do too. They’re not for me, one of my 7 year old twins is absolutely obsessed with foxes! She has a whole skulk of fox plushies. I think she’s up to 15 now 🙈 she has fox pencil cases, fox hoodies, fox socks, fox pictures on the wall. You name it, she’s got it! 😂 we took her to the zoo and they had red and white foxes there and she burst into tears when she saw them. She’s adorable 🥰 but we have no idea where this obsession came from!
I would so name that fox Aesop and put his name right there! Love it!
Just started watching your channel last summer - now I gotta catch up and find the “we the pee pee” episode 😂
😁😁
What a great video!! Beautiful stitching and LOTS of laughs. Pam, did you say WE the pee pee? Or WEE the pee pee? The second one is correct you know….. cuz spelling!! 😂😂😂
I actually made the fox and the grapes Prairie schooler many years ago!
I’am kitting up monopoly. I have had the pattern since the 80’s. I was wondering what fabric you used.

Lovely as always to see you both, so happy I'm out of my funk; your Stitch Harmony "post" just about broke my heart (once a mom always a mom), made me wish I lived closer to her! If Pam is in a retirement home in 20 years I bet she is still stitching.
Pam’s math is my kinda math lol
I still LOL about "we the pp", LOL< LOL< LOL< 🙂
Pam, you have aged beautifully to have been such a close personal friend of Benjamin Franklin. 🪁
