I just lost my sweetheart 4 years ago. He was a blind date and we were married 47 years. I miss him every day. It's so nice to see Dana and her husband and in so much love between them. I wish them a long happy life together.

I met my husband, Ron at a cook out. Ron had done the set up and the clean up. We were married 14 years before he died in August.
....I am very sorry for your loss, friend. I had 5 blissful years with my wife. She was 36 , killed riding her bicycle. I was 55 when I met her. I'm 62 now. No one will ever understand what this possibly feels like for you or myself. It appears to be different for each of us in this situation. However, those who give the advice out, who have never experienced this, are at a disadvantage as well. Ever ready to inform you as to why God did this, (someone told me God needed her more, he needed an emergency care center more after that). Then their are those, ever ready to become the voice of the hallmark card greeting company. I have learned to "Embrace the Life she has left unfinished, & try to add my own touches to it, and perhaps feel her along the way". Realistically I can't focus on that 24 hours a day. However, it IS one of many stop gap measures I employ, when the grief comes out of no where. Hoping you can develop an arsenal of these things for yourself. @@matthewberkin2274 Ron had been married twice before me and he had two children with his first and three with the second. His kids have been a God send. His one daughter brought me an emotional support animal ( cat). He is a great help.
I named the cat ( Greggins) because of Gutfeld on the Five.

I've been praying for a wife for 30 years. I was always the most romantic in my group of friends but I never had much chance with women. Most of my male friends were very handsome and I never had a chance with the women I knew. I've tried many times. Sometimes when I travel I always dream that someone nice would sit next to me. For that reason I always dress nice when I travel. I believe in love and that sometimes God just put some people together like a miracles. I never gave up. I am over 50 and still single but I keep praying. I love to watch Halmark romantic movies hoping that one day something like that will happen to me. Sometimes I ask myself if God is romantic.

Yes, smth good will happen but I say you should stop watching Hallmark movies, and start doing things you have never done before. That is because if nothing has worked so far then you should start doing maybe the opposite or, at least, very different things from what you have done till now, in a few words, start living and challenge yourself differently. I agree with OJ Gig, stop watching Hallmark movies!! Love and marriage is more than infatuation and butterflies in one’s stomach. It’s a give and take and fighting fair; etc. Women like leadership in guys, so confidence in oneself is key. My husband and I have been married almost 20 years and we married in our late thirties, so love can happen at anytime! Best wishes.
Please, do NOT give-up because there is a very special lady out there on this Earth for you💏💖...I met my sweet guy while we were both working as Volunteers at a local food bank BBQ, plus it turned out we both were walking dogs at the same animal rescue shelter, and just kept missing seeing each other on different shifts🐶🐱...There is nothing more SEXY than kindness and compassion, I promise you that:)

Ive always thought Dana was one of the most beautiful people ive ever seen and listened to so i never wanted to actually see and hear what her husband is about because of my fantasy that someday somehow id be her night in shining armor and sweep her away but now that i see what all the nice comments her coFox reporters say about him.
