Wow love this! I’ll be heading to Paris next week with my partner and we can’t wait to do the live lock bridge 😍😍 I thought I heard it was all love locks on Pont des Arts bridge removed? I was told there is another bridge that love locks are allowed to be locked on is that the one you went to? If so could I please know the name of that bridge
We are so excited for you guys to go and experience it!! 😍 and yes we’d heard the same thing, but we were in the area on accident and crossed this bridge, on it were thousandssss of locks! I believe it’s actually the next bridge over, called Pont Royal. So sorry we can’t be more specific, it was a completely random discovery. But just look for the bridges next to Pont Des Arts over the Seine and you will see the one we saw.
Is there anything that had to be done due to covid? I’m going in about two weeks and am terrified the restrictions are going to call the trip off. I’ve had it planned since 2019 but shoutout to covid 🙄 Great video btw! Gave me some new ideas on what to do there! Looks like you guys had an amazing time!!
Thank you, happy you enjoyed! In regards to Covid it’s an ever evolving situation unfortunately. But as of when we went there, we only needed proof of vaccination and a negative antigen or PCR taken within 72 hours of the flight there! Once there you would just need to show proof of vaccination in order to be granted access to any indoor dining or activities. Also, your last dose of the vaccine needs to have been within the last 5 months. Otherwise you also need proof of a booster! If we were you, we would also look into it every day, because these requirements may have changed by now. Wishing you luck 🤞🏽🤞🏽😭

Thank you Xavier! We stayed at Hotel De L’Empereur, it was nice because of the location and the view. But honestly not worth the price, the room was very small and had just the basics.. you should just Airbnb when there! (:
