I would take the Infiniti. The fact that the Lexus is a hybrid is really a deal breaker. Also, both are uniquely different vehicles to their competitors, but the Infiniti is more of an appealing uniqueness both inside and out.
just test drove the qx30. i loved it. it's awesome. looks greats and tones of cool stuff price is good that and the q60 sport the rest looks outdated. you have to see it to understand, its a real nice car overall. great job
I'm 5'-10" and about 200lbs. I have plenty of headroom. The seat height is power (or manually) adjustible for driver and passenger. I have it in a low position and my wife at 5'-2" raises it up for great visability. Admittedly the rear seat is not huge but it works well for us, our two dogs and the amount of luggage or cargo we transport. Plus, it's an absolute hoot to drive, and a beauty to boot!
I agree that the Infiniti here is the better looking of the two, but that would've been a different case if instead of the 300h you had used the F-SPORT with the triple beam led headlights. I went with that and I love the Lexus. It's fantastic.

The Infiniti is the clear buy, yes the Lexus is probably better compared to the QX50 but the QX30 can be had used for $10,000 less. Ill take the Infiniti all day.
I like Infiniti's designs better than Lexus. Lexus tries to make their cars too space ship - like. For example, the RC 350. Looks like a space ship to me. Also, I can't stand the back glass of the NX and the new RX. What's the purpose? It's like they make them so small so you have to get the blind spot intervention package to Jack the price up so they make more money. No thanks.

Infiniti made a smart choice choosing the Mercedes-Benz's turbo 4. Frankly, M-B's turbos are more for spirited driving, while the Lexus turbo is made more for comfort cruising. I'm sure that the 208hp turbo from Mercedes would still beat out the one Lexus has. However, I felt that Infiniti could have a bit more originality for the interior. The interior just looks WAYYY to Mercedes-y. Maybe you like it, I don't mind. I just prefer cars that have a bit more originality. But it's not bad.

I first want to start by saying that this a very stupid comparison due to the fact that the one is a hybrid and the other is a turbocharged car. Why not compare the NX 200t which has 235hp and 258 torque. Then lets see which one really wins in a drag race. I vote for a re-match video with a NX 200t FSport against the QX30.
Sure, I thought you guys have grown out of, 'uh, it's a hybrid' phase, Lexuses are performance hybrids, mainly because of having otto, not atkinson engines. And that you'd know that it's no cvt. Not even close, ask any car nerd. The planetary gearbox from the prius to this is among the most simple transmissions ever, but at the same time its operation software is just so fascinatingly complicated! Ever hear or heretical mode? As much as I dislike Toyota now for its anti-EV moves, its Lexus hybrids and especially the prius that founded it all do not get the credit they deserve. The sort of recognition and attention to detail people give to Citroen's marvels.
The infinity looks like crap imo. The Lexus is not much better, but it looks more complete where as the Infinity has an ugly back roof line. I'd rather have the Lexus, more reliable, comfortable, and luxurious.

Oscar it looks like the DRLS are off because the headlights are set to off instead to the auto position. Most people who have cars that have auto headlamps don't user that feature which leads to them driving with theirs lights off at night. lol...
the only reason why Roman likes the infinity better is because it has a Mercedes Benz engine if it had a Infiniti engine then he would have chose the Lexus for sure

Joe Pizzo Agrred, both brands build basically bulletproof engines. I don't mind the Mercedes sourced 4-cylinder. It was a smart move considering Mercedes has experience with 4-cylinders, and their new turbo is proven well built and fairly reliable.
They explained that in the beginning of the video. They don't really get to choose what exact cars they get. It's a miracle in and of itself they had two cars that are in the same market segment.

The Lexus is small yet stout. With AWD, that one weighs over 2 tons. Looks great, but could hit the gym a little more, which is where the turbo comes in.

Lexus is not overrated at all bro, i’ve owned to RX330 and the RX350 , best reliable car ever. Never had a problem , never took it to the mechanic
