    The fringe pattern is not from wave
    interference. It's a simple reflection pattern. To help you understand, picture a curved surface. Knowing that light reflects at various angles according to the law of reflection, the surface being curved makes light fan out into multiple rays, like a convex surface would. The hair in your experiment is rounded...Light waves come from the gross misinterpretation of the double-slit experiment. They do not exist.

    1:35 it looks like the laser pointed to the pencil is curved by the pencil because the pencil mass is bending timespace around xD xD
