What i found correctly is that all rooms are their breakers and separately electrical connections. In America it can found scrambled electrical circuits for one, two rooms, etc specially for the outlets. Here we have and special protection outlets who are instaled closed w/the sinks. And there are separately outlets and circuits for special loads w/big current: frigo, microwave, stone, washer machine, dry machine, etc.
