Is it 500.00 dollar knife? I wouldn't spend that kinda coin on a slip joint...another 300.00 and its a truck! If it was in the 200.00-250.00 range it would be something I'd look into but when your asking half a k for a blade that small I'd look somewhere else! I think it's a handsome knife for sure but not for this guy! Thanks a bunch for sharing your edc and carries! You should come up north and kick it in the bush up here Mr.Salty! Yeah... "Quality" and "Medford" don't exactly go together. I've heard it's gotten better (especially with heat treats; not sure about the pivot) but definitely doesn't warrant the prices they charge
I used to think that but the folders I recently checked out were really great quality pieces and I could justify those prices but this particular piece not so much it’s way to much money and I’ve had better slip joint action on rough Ryders
Personally, I'm not a big Medford fan. That has nothing to do with any of the stupid politics, His designs just don't speak to me. Out of all the designs he has, this one and the M48 are the only 2 that I would consider buying if I could afford them. I like a simple design like this. This is a great looking slip joint in my eyes.
I’ve tried 2 that I like and I’m currently paying off from shield arms it’s the 187dp the other was the marauder that satu Dave sent I felt the same way at one point but once I got them in hand I felt differently not really practical though unless your a savage heathen 😂

I had a white cap. Wore it until it was disgusting, and then some more. Wife was not happy. Not sure what happened to it. Seemed to have disappeared.
