@@annabellaroma9886 Harvey crying almost made me stop the whole video. I couldn’t bear to see her like that because her smile is so infectious. I just wanted to hug them all.
@@LAF258 i know and shes my bias. You can see them all fighting so hard not to cry and then ultimately just letting it go its so difficult. But i always wanna hug them lol like in the youtube shorts they just released and Harvey was like ya where are you now? And i was like im right here girl! 😃😍🤣
Cocona's rapping skill level at 13 is wild. So focused and unrestrained. Looking at her now, she's holding back, but it's good because we know she has so much more to come. This is my 2nd time watching this series but my first time since going to their concert. The growth is amazing and it's no wonder why they can't be touched. The block is hot because X took the throne.
She really is holding back! It’s crazy but I think she goes well with the overall tone in each song. I’m never disappointed but to know we’re only witnessing the beginning is such a beautiful sight to see and exciting.
Episodes 4&5 made me fall in love with Hinata. She had been flying under my radar, but when she gave fhat speech, and when her father spoke on her behalf, she gained my full admiration. All the other young ladies were enrolled in these prestigious performing arts academies, and Hinata was just an ordinary middle school girl. She's amazing. She's a Cinderella story personified, and even though we're perfect strangers, I'm so proud of her.
You know what! I had this exact same feeling. Her story really sticks with me now. My respect for her was already there but now knowing this and her parents support. It was so wholesome to see. And when he teared up omg
Hikaru is one of the best dancers in Kpop. I find her amazing. I’m glad Simon let her go on that audition show which as a result, she got picked for the group Kep1er. The group got renewed recently on a new contract, so she will be with them. If it wasn’t renewed, I’d hope Simon would add her to XG.
We’re past the halfway point now!! 😬😬😬 Mannnn, every time… when I see bubbly, goofy, sweet Harvey break down in tears I absolutely lose it! And Hinata, the shy girl who found her confidence, tearfully reading her letter… not to mention her DAD in tears during her performance 😭 But then also seeing the beginnings of XG’s music, and watching Jurin take shape as the eventual leader, is amazing! This documentary is so good!!
Harvey crying really hit me in the feels. I can’t stand none of them crying but seeing her face swell up like that made me want to reach out to her so bad.
I loved the documentary and there were a million parts that I think are the "best," but Simon's time in Atlanta is definitely always in the top 5 moments. I know it doesn't include the girls, but it still seems like such a defining moment for the group as a whole.
For me so far, same. I’m sure others do it to but the way he interacted with them and vice versa was so wholesome and honestly just raises my respect for him.
I've already seen this doc but watching this with you and watching Howling mv and listening to their new album makes me emotional all over again 😭 Just seeing how hard they've worked, how far they've come, and how they've overcome all the hate and criticisms....these girls make me so proud.
@@NikkiGTA416 it’s crazy the elated feeling I had watching by howling. These girls make me excited I’m rooting for them always. Proud of them and proud to be ALPHAZ for sure
From what has been pieced together from the documentary and other interviews, the reason Cocona almost washed out was in no way due to lack of talent or performance, but rather due to her personality. She was, and still is in some ways, an extreme loner. She also has no social filter and will let people know not in a mean way but in a harsh way if she doesn't like something. Simon's ultimatum was about making concessions to fit in socially with the other members since she was gonna be spending most of her time with them, which worked since they are now closer than a family
Oh wow she was so antisocial it’s not shocking but without the animosity he had to get her open up to a group otherwise they would not have succeeded the way they have. I’m glad she was able to because I can clearly see she cherishes those bonds.
@@LAF258 Indeed, Simon's vision was not just about training for dancing/singing/rapping, it was also about making sure the members' personality fit well together and they could be a solid unit. And in the end he didn't get Cocona to change her personality, he only got her to adjust the way she interacted with others, making things go more smoothly, while still preserving who she is at her core. Another reason why we respect Simon so much
Airi Kamiya was so full of "riz" that she just shined. I think she was removed last minute because of something Simon discovered, and because of that, he couldn't have her in the group influencing the other members. I think she sung about it in her song "CBD." You should check that song out before doing any more XG reactions. It explains a lot
Thank you for making time like this for me!🥺The more I got to know them, the more I liked them💖 It's a cruel world, but this is the real world.🥲I hope that all of their efforts will be rewarded.
