@@lizdamienii3063 by default nothing, so long as getting this all white community up and running doesn't infringe on the rights of others. You'll never get around federal law though, it's illegal to discriminate in housing and jobs based on skin color.
@FREEDOM first off, housing projects weren't originally made for black people, they were discriminatory at the inception when they were built. these all black projects you speak of are that way due to income and not skin color. in NYC white people are slowly moving into some of these buildings by choice as NYCHA is expanding units to higher income people and some are making way to gentrification. Blacks who live there aren't actively trying to prevent non blacks from moving in. My main point was making a community that discriminates who lives there based solely on skin color is illegal, look up the fair housing act.
