One of my favourite anime (and song), made this with romaji lyrics! XD I couldn't find the english translation for it, (too bad, i wish there was... T^T) so i just ended up making it with just the japanese lyrics.

@Lord Orendain Just google "made in abyss manga" and pick the first site. Then you have to scroll down to the begining, wherever the anime ended or wherever the movie ended. I dont know what chapter that would be.
Made in Abyss is one of those shows that looks like a very cute one and feels like a very innocent anime then episode 10 came and the anime just goes from a very innocent anime to a dark one. The voice acting in this anime are so good that when Riko cried in pain as Reg pulls out the stick it felt like it was so true also add Mitty and Nanachi's story and the plot just straight up changed its course.
Nanachi best girl. I fucking cried at Nanachi and Mitty's backstory episode

So Made in Abyss is another one of those anime where the op is epic and awesomly optimistic but then when you really watch the anime cascades flow out of your eyes

@@snivydream idk prob bc of the steampunk stuff in nature. I also get botw vibes from it but thats probably more because of the ghibli inspired elements both have (though it should also be noted that many xenoblade devs worked on botw, and even included some references like the hateno tech lab being based on Citan's house from the original Xenogears)

"The promised Neverland" kinda took over "Made in abyss"
"Made is abyss" is so good though.
They are kind of alike but yet not-
It's way too overrated...
By the way, no offence!
I am a HUUUGE fan of the anime "Promised neverland" and It will always be in my heart.
weaboba lol what, promised neverland is ok, but has pretty awful character writing. The characters seem inhuman, only seeming to make decisions that move the plot forward. They dont act like children they act like omnipotent entities willing to disregard the fact they are children at a moments notice.
The music is also bland an uninspired beyond the intro song.
And the art style/overall effort put into the backgrounds and landscape don’t even come close to MIA.
Its not a bad anime but trying to say its better then Made In Abyss, and even going so far as to call Made In Abyss “overrated” is laughable.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but if I see someone eating a dog turd I’m going to still make fun of them for it. And right now you are crunchity munchin on a fine dog turd my guy.
I watch and read both series. And I can only say that neverland is really rushed in the end and the characters writing is worse.
The only downside of Made in Abyss I can think of is how slow the new manga chapter releasing
