I was married for 21 years to my beloved husband and he Transitioned on 5-10-2019. I transitioned towards 5 years of sobriety on 5-10-2020. I get to keep carrying our legacy of love and light. We had a monogamous marriage for 21 glorious years!!!! Greatest Gift we shared in our vows. When he got sick I was able to care for him and make our vow the strongest ever. No sex involved our sex was now heightened towards me being his hands and feet as he became paralyzed on the right side of his body due to a stroke. I have always used the word transition because he Transitioned from this earthly plane onto his next spiritual plane. I AM great full he no longer has to live in physical pain. Namaste 🙏

When you asked, why are we sharing this? I just wanted to say that I am SO grateful for the honesty on your podcast, Aubrey. It’s not shrouded behind spiritual wording. This is possibly the most HONEST podcast I’ve found, and for that reason it’s actually been the most profoundly impactful and helpful. Nobody truly talks about the intricacies and challenges of relationships, and so it can be very isolating when you do experience obstacles. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart. This conversation was massively expansive x

I love this content but it’s technically hard to listen to because Whitney’s voice is so much louder than Aubrey’s. I had to keep lowering the volume and then turning it up again. Just sharing so this could be tweeked for future podcasts. I love the openness and vulnerability of you guys sharing your journey. I totally agree that psychedelics are so valuable for personal and relationship development. Love you both!

These two have a lot of unfinished business. I was in a long-term relationship. We loved each other more than anything. We still do. Can you part ways or break up. And then you come back to each other but not in a relationship. But the bond is still there. And this will probably play out for them for a while. But I decided with my guy that even though I love him so much, him being around is just causing me to have some resentment. And I don’t want to resent him. And I’m not gonna be able to move on the way I deserve to if he still there. I think I finally realize that I’m so grateful for what we had. And letting him go and wishing him well does not mean I love him any less. I think it’s great when two people that were in a relationship can come back after it ends and take that relationship into a new dynamic. I think it’s part of the healing. And I think it honors the relationship. Because just because it ends doesn’t mean that you have to be enemies. You were with that person because they were a good person. It’ll become a bad person just because it ends. But I think they’re gets to a point where you do have to part ways and cut communication. These two are clearly not gonna get there for a while. LOL

Sometimes the deepest love changes form while we are still alive - it doesn't mean the love is gone on the spiritual level but the 3D physical journey takes us on different paths - thank you both for debunking the myth of separation and sharing your story.. sidenote complete withdrawal from socail media for over a year has healed me from unnecessary pain and freed up so much time for activities and spiritual growth ☯️

I thought my life had nothing to offer anymore because life became meaningless to me cause, I had HERPES virus, the symptoms became very severe & conspicuous and it made my family abandoned me so they won't get infected. I gave up everything, my hope, dreams, vision, and job because the doctor told me there's no cure. I consumed so many drugs but they never cured me they only suppressed the symptoms inside me making it worse.
I was doing some research online on how to get a permanent when I came across testimonies of some people on how Dr. Aloha cured them of HERPES virus, I never believed at first and thought it was a joke but later decided to contact him through his Email: Alohaherbalhome@gmail.com when I messaged him we communicated and he prepared the Herbal Cure and sent it to my address which I provided and He told me to go for a test after two weeks. Within just 7 days of using the medication, the symptoms disappeared, and when I went for a test Lo and behold I tested NEGATIVE by the same Doctor Who tested me earlier. Thank you so much Dr. Aloha I forever owe my life to you and I'll keep on telling the world about you. If you are going through the same situation worry no more and contact Dr. Aloha via Email: Alohaherbalhome@gmail.com or Call/Text: +1(202) 871-3222

Surely I'm not the only one here who finds this comedic. Sounds like two people rationalizing their inability to give up pleasure for commitment. If love costs you nothing, and requires no sacrifice of self, it's not love. Two attractive people with hot bodies who can't give up the dopamine drip of sex, then try to spin it like they're being higher minded and tapping into something meta. Grab your popcorn and enjoy the decline.

Craig Candor I agree with your point. However, too often this rhetoric encourages a sort of possessiveness that is just as corrosive, and does not allow partners to fully explore their feelings and sexualities. The underlying assumption to your post is that sex is somehow intrinsically corrosive, or suspect. I do not buy that in the slightest. To the degree humans can communicate, they can enjoy an embracing intimacy, and that joy and trust will only be increased in situations where one must let go rather than hold tight to preconceptions of what they know about their partner.

    • @filip3620
      @filip3620 4 года назад +4

Of course you can be committed in an open relationship. Like you can have two or more friends you're loyal to.
People that never tried an open relationship are always the experts, where those that are living in one often say that they don't really know where it's going, but it feels right for them.
How many monogamous relationships don't work out? Let me tell you; many. Between 40 and 50% of married couples in the US get divorced, so it's not like that's a winning formula. Almost half of the time your popcorn are worth the money.
A lot of people in the western world, has had more than two relationships that didn't work out, but they never question the structure of the relationship, even if it ended because of someone cheating.
It must be nice to put something up so black and white, but life, love and commitment isn't always that simple.
If you have a good and committed relationship that's monogamous, that's awesome for you! And I guess it's the right thing for you. I've been in a 5 year and a 4 year monogamous relationship, and even though I loved my partner at the time, it ultimately didn't work out.
I, as you probably can hear, am in an open relationship with my girlfriend of 16 years and it works. Yes there are problems and obstacles and pain, like there are in all relationships. Rarely does it have anything to do with our openness.
You not getting it, is fine, but chill with the judging.

I was thinking the same thing. Sounds like they made “wedding vows” (aka agreements) without the wedding. I always thought open relationships meant zero rules/agreements because neither of you “need” anything from each other. Zero conditions.
Gotta really know who you are tho (from a spiritual perspective). When you truly know who you are... truly awakened to who you are... that neediness for another human being naturally dissipates and the freedom to love arises.
The loving based on conditions dissipates and true freedom to love unconditionally arises. VERY few human beings can get there given the societal possessive conditioning we are raised with.
All that said I thoroughly respect and honor their openness. Totally cool. I’m sure it’s helping a LOT of people.

You can learn how to be a CEO, be a virtuoso violinist, or math wiz in your teens, but the soul work takes real time on earth, no way to get a shortcut. To do this live on camera could be crazy or brave. As Joni says, I know, :no one's going to show me everything

I hope these two souls find their way and heal. They are both broken (as we all are in some way) and they are trying to look to the other to fix them..... or use psychedelics or sex to fix their issues. Seems to me they are so afraid to be vulnerable and are busying trying to protect themselves from any pain or suffering they may feel from being in a relationship.
Reality is...... life and relationships can be full of pain..... and we all have issues and traumas from our past that we must heal so we can accept and surrender to the unknown and enjoy true joy and happiness.
We are ALL vulnerable and you can choose to keep your heart closed and protect yourself or you can open your heart and be vulnerable...... and realize that you can get through anything. Be brave and believe in yourself, the answers are not outside yourself or in another individual.

Am I wrong to assume that Audrey was never really in this...? I'm glad you are parting friends. The more I listen, this sounds like one person was never really committed. Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm on the outside looking in. Appreciate the rawness you both show, very courageous. Much respect!

Just as the other guest on his show Peter Crone says his not mother Theresa when his hsemate doesn't pay rent when he said he would, in a way there are things u can and cannot accept in another person, so to ask the other person to love u unconditionally is not common, means if u treat them like shit, if u cheat of them... Ur asking them to love u despite of all that... And I feel anyone in the right mind in favor of themselves won't chose that path unless ur super unique which would make one putting up with a those shits.... I think ppl have 2 options either love the other unconditionally putting up all the shit.. Or chose to leave and cut them off coz frankly they are jst another human, which ever quality u like in them... U can find it in yourself or others, u don't need to have scarcity mindset... U jst need to train urself..... Ppl are jst making things unnecessary complex... If that other person found so much in you, they won't be asking for open relationship.. Or maybe they feel restricted hence wants to be in open relationship.. Either way... It scream I don't want responsibility and commitment... In a way its not open relationship, it seems like the person are jst looking n seeking around while keeping a spare tire jst in case he or she can't find someone better rthan u... Then they have at least a spare tire to drive their car... Wake up people..

I've never seen a guy more in need of some pills.... You really need to understand one thing... Men love unconditionally... With women, their love is always conditional... Conditional on you making them feel safe and secure and provided for.... Once they feel this is no longer the case, she will seek out another man.... And remember, She is never yours, it's just your turn.
She will always be on the lookout for a higher value man... Sad but true.

This is BS so why do men normally go for the younger and prettier woman. Men are always looking at the next hot body and if given the option will go and be with another woman. So guess who wanted an open relationship first. Whitney put up with him sleeping with other women for a while before she started doing her own thing remember that. Plus as human beings we all have conditions of course you're not gonna put up with certain things for long. The red pill movement is ridiculous. Everyone has conditions wake up men are just as guilty.
