Great video and one thing to note is that the 5" fillet blade will fit on the 3.5" knife but you can't close the knife with the longer blade attached. Thank!
OUTDOOR EDGE 3.5" RazorLite is my knife of choice for a field knife when hunting. Yes, I was one of those who hunted and used knives that I had to sharpen since 1978. In the past 2 years, the Outdoor Edge has been my choice for field dressing elk. One blade will do at least 2 elk in the field. I have two knives and several blades in my hunting backpack. No regrets!
I have been use outdoor edge knives since 2004 . No issues yet . I process more animals in a month that most people do their whole lives . No complaints .
I HAVE EVERY KNIFE YOU SHOWED AND MORE. OUT DOOR EDGE HAS COME A LONG WAY. THE ORIGINAL 3.5 FOLDER HAD PLASTIC POCKET CLIPS. I DON'T USE THOSE ANY MORE THEY EARNED A GOOD LONG REST. NOW I GET THE KNIVES WITH STEEL CLIPS. I EDC THE FIXED BLADE, THE LARGE FOLDER, AND A COLD STEEL XL VOYAGER DROP POINT. I'VE BEEN COLLECTING KNIVES FOR 47 YEARS, SO I CHANGE WHAT I CARRY EVERY FEW DAY'S EXCEPT THE OUT DOOR EDGE KNIVES. THEIR ALWAYS WITH ME. I GOT SOME FOR MY BUG OUT BAG'S, AND A TON OF EXTRA BLADES. SOME PEOPLE SAY THAT WHEN YOU BUY EXTRA BLADES YOU OUT PRICE WHAT YOU PAID FOR THE KNIFE. I CAN SAY THE SAME ABOUT THE BEER THEY BUY EVERY WEEKEND. ONCE THE BEER IS GONE, IT'S GONE FOR EVER, BUT MY OUT DOOR EDGE KNIVES ARE STILL WITH ME. THEIR WELL WORTH THE INVESTMENT. THE BLADES ARE STRONG , EDGE RETENTION IS EXCELLENT, AND FOR THE PENNY PINCHER'S. YOU CAN RE SHARPEN THE BLADES IF YOU WANT. DON'T EVER WORRY ABOUT THE MONEY. IF YOU DO, YOU'LL END UP BUYING A CHEAPER VERSION THAT BREAKS, AND YOU'LL END UP GETTING THE GOOD ONE ANY WAY. DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. OUT DOOR EDGE IS THE WAY TO GO.
I have the 5" and I love it. One replacement blade will skin and bone a deer with ease. My brother brought a freshly sharpened knife to help. His knife was dull in comparison. The outdoor edge is surgical sharp and very durable. I highly recommend this product.
I bought my EDC in 2018 & I haven't even changed the original blade yet !!!!! Cut up a whitetail buck, every day use - I just run a cheap diamond hone / ceramic edge maintainer and it's definitely sharp enough to keep going...... I carry mine on my pack with 12" of tactical line looped around itself. You'll never lose it.
I have one of these and the Havalon and the are good. The down side to them is what do you do with the old blades. They don’t have a proper disposal system for them. The other draw back to the outdoor edge is no saw blade like the Havalon. The Havalon has a really good saw which is interchangeable. The draw back to the Havalon is it’s size and carry case size.

My Havalon was nit useful as they blades wouldn't stay in.

Razor pro would be great with a bone saw. I have it and needed a bone saw.
Thanks for the feedback! Check out the Wild Pak. It comes with a bone saw
Check out our RazorPro Saw Combo too.
