- Hey! Awesome Game!! So happy for the USWNT!!
Tobin and Christen didn't have many moments together but they had a bunch individually Here are some Awesome moments!
what did you think about the game?!! That Hug with Tobin and Jackie groenen was Everything! they really seem to like and respect each other so much!
Rose scored and Kristie's Goal was EVERYTHING loved it so much!
Tobin and Christen really has good connection in this game. They knew what the other was going to to next and were always at the right place right time for each other. 🙌🏻😊😊
I loved Groenen and Heath's hug too. Sad we didn't see Press with Groenen. They didn't show a lot of post game footage. I love how Tobin seem to really love her United teammates. She give such big hugs to them after game. Even Millie Turner and all the other girls.
OMG i thought the same thing! it was like OK they won game over! like 2 mins of after game chat thats it! OMG Tobin seems to really get on with groenen and its soo cute! you can see with shes with Jackie such a genuine real smile with tobin (and Christen) is so wonderful to see!
She also quickly checked on Groenen when she got winded during the game. They really seem to be particularly extra fond of her out of all the United players. It has gotta be her perpetual smile that got them.
The forward starting 3 was a DREAM COME TRUE for me with Lynn, Press and Heath starting. Press and Lynn Williams are the two fastest women on the team in my opinion and I just think they both are a nightmare match up and they stretch the field. But then you add Tobin to the mix, the most skilled player on that team.... 👌🏾😍👍🏾🥰. I think that once those three get more time together and get their rhythm back as National teammates NO ONE will be able to stop them.
The game wasn't as clean or smooth but it showed us once again why the USwnt is the best in the world. The Nedwnt on the other hand was shockingly bad. They only had about 2 shots and non on target. I don't think they practiced any plans of attack whatsoever. I felt so bad for my Jackie Groenen.😞

Yea if Tobin shot 50% ...more....just imagine ...I think she isn't greedy enough ..she is more of a giver than a taker 🤣⚽👍

Unfortunately I wasn't able to watch the match from Austria (I watched the goals though), so thanks for sharing these scenes.
Tobin looked motivated like in the training sessions, but her passes/free kicks were still not very precise, but as the USWNT hasn't played together for 8 months, understandable. The coordination between Tobin and Christen looked very good though. The off side call against Christen was very close and it would have been a beautiful goal.
As far as I saw, all European players got to play for at least some minutes and 2 made their debut (as I predicted). The Dutch team didn't seem to have a very good day.
The Dutch did not have a plan to attack at all, I think they were relying on miedema way too much and were planning to build a play with her in mind , too bad she got an injury. But it also probs a question on why do so many national women's team lack dept and versatility compared to the uswnt. I mean you have to atleast have a player that can more or less do what the starting player can do

OMG someone pointed that out to me as well! i thought it might be a curl from her hairline?! or It could be a mole but it really does look like a tattoo as well! i don't think she would get a tattoo during covid but you never kno!

i noticed that too. But im guessing the Camera didn't catch that moment! im sure they greeted each other at some point
@@SaraSarah there is an image of chris inside before leaving and he is waving with someone with his arm ... but I cannot assure that it is his MCU partner but we still know that chris is loving and gets along super well with his teammates. when she scored the goal how they all wrapped her up ...

When a player gets to Press' age and level of experience, said player tends to develop a level of Patience that makes it seems like the game is slowing down around them. None of this can be said about Press most of the time because she's always Rushing everything that makes it seem like she's just a newbie. That's the main reason why she's so ineffective on offence, otherwise she would have easily had at least 20 more goals to her name by now.
I would counter by saying that Tobin gets too cute with her ball handling at times and could have more goals. Press, on the other hand, is demonstrating more varied pace, perhaps picking it up in the English league.
I agree with you very much, but I also tell you that these girls are professionals and I am sure that they are not going to relax and more because of all this that is happening .. in uswnt football they usually perform more functions in some positions: forwards (assistance, defense ), midfielders (game organization, goals); Chris at this moment I feel her more defensive than she was before entering the MCU, what she must refine is her aim and regain her confidence, not that of Casey or Vladko, but the confidence in herself and the security that she had for kick at goal ...
I just read about the nwsl calendar and until February they are resuming teams, in April it is the second Challenge Cup 2021 and in May the league begins, just when the 2020-2021 league in Europe ends ...
I don't know if you saw the full interview a day before the game and with that you realize that Chris knows that he is not 100%, and he surely knows what his ownership represents and more if Rapinoe does not manage to Compete in the Challenge Cup 2021 It would be her Tobin and Alex ... taking Williams and another, they can only take 18 players to the Olympics and I doubt that more than five forwards will.
If only nedwnt had a better performance it would be more like a rematch you know?
yeah true! Having Viv there would of probably help! but they probably learned alot!
