Hey guys, I just wanted to stop by to send some positive energy to all of you! These past years been very tough to me. Ive been challenged mentally, emotionally and certainly spiritually. I feel like i’m finally finding myself and who I was once before when I had peace. I am thankful to come across a channel like this one that shows me that we are really all one in the same. We all have these daily struggles that we deal with that can keep us up late at night but just know that you are not alone. Knowing that I can come here and openly express myself and see others doing the same gives me hope that the world will indeed be a better place but it starts with us. I turn this on when my anxiety gets so bad that it overpowers my medicine and sends me into a panicked breathing fit. It helps tremendously, especially regarding my disliking to silence due to a constant fit of manual breathing that sets me off horribly. Breathing tricks dont work but this in place of the absent sounds of the room helps so much.
To anyone who sees this, if your going through something right now, I know I can’t help much but I believe in you. You got this. Time passes by quickly so just try to keep going and don’t let yourself get down to much. Cry if you need to, scream if you need to. Let it all out once in awhile and then relax. Last night I felt like ocean waves beat against a glass beach side bedroom, where I slept inside ,cozied up under my blanket ,only Occasionally stretching my rested limbs, then resnuggling under the sounds of cool fresh rain pouring over the roof top , and with every roar of thunder, and the rolling ocean waves that followed , was like a cradle rocking me thoroughly rested all night! .THANK YOU! for this video!

You guys are awesome once I had my first seizure came back from the hospital and I was still too much weak I was in my bed I thought I was gonna die cus I couldn't sleep or get out my bed beacuse I had to rest but this video helped calm my nerves and practically saved my life by helping me sleep and if i hadn't slept that day i would've probably fainted and died and i was 12 then.
