Hi again 🖐 If you want to place correctly balance wheel, you should hold the splint with tweezer then rotate 90 degree to the movement, place the balance wheel pin and rotate the splint and put its place. You will see the wheel starts to move by itself. Dangerous to work with wobbling wheel on the machine! Nice work 👍
Hey! Nice video, again a clean and fine work. I have a pilot IWC to service as well, same movement I guess. I’m starting after holidays 😜 just a question, where did you buy the new gaskets? Cheers 👍🏻
@@MagicWatchmakingthank you for your answer! That’s what I need to find, a local dealer for parts. I tried for the last Rolex I did but as I’m not pro, I couldn’t 😢
I have this watch, and recently put on a rubber IWC strap for a sportier appearance. I have owned the watch for 10 years and occasionally wear the watch. What do you recommend as a service interval?
thanks for sharing, nice watch, it is a normal 7750 mvt , not comparable with A. Lange & Söhne for example or Parmagani or Institut Minerva de Recherche en Haute Horlogerie
Multiplying infinitely because GOD gives each Person a gift that you are one. I have said that before and have had people criticize me because I am “lazy” and do not want to study. Is there anyone in this world who doesn’t want to get promoted and why do some people want to do something but they fail ??? Thanks Sir for sharing this Video. Have a great weekend 👍
Thank you for this excellent video, though I agree with "as pop": drinking water is precious, so do not waste it like this. On another note, your enthusiasm for the "beautifully decorated" movement is not shared here. It is actually very cheaply decorated (only the visible parts), no beveling, just micro-sandblasting and many ugly press-cut parts. You have to consider the price IWC is asking for such a watch and what quality the company used to produce. Like Panerai, IWC is going downhill very fast; only the prices are going up, which is a total no-go.
@@MagicWatchmaking ...No bro...There are others that talk non-stop and I don't subscribe to those nor do any others...We love watching the work and listening to the music 🎶 (just a little lower!)...Your format is Perfect 👌 just the way it is! 👍
There is one poster on YT who drives me nuts with his 'stream of consciousness' non-stop monologue. Thankfully, being deaf, I can turn off the sound and lip-read. Oh, wait, we never see him either. Result!!!!
I started the channel because I love to watch this kind of videos… but this endless talking drive me crazy. So I do Videos without talking and best video quality… hopefully you like it ☺️

It never ceases to amaze me how gears and cogs can be made to such precision in miniature. Then to see you dismantle it as its heart still beats!
The movement’s from nowadays are extremely precise. Micro cosmos at itself.
Thank you for watching ☺️
As always AMAZING job and precision! Thanks for taking comments in consideration and showing the watch cleaning machine inaction 😊.
Thank you ☺️
Cheers

I reused the gaskets as they was totally okay. All needed parts I order by my local watch parts dealer here in Austria.

Where are you located?
@@MagicWatchmakingin Paris, France! Even though I'm of Austrian origin 😂
No way! Wirklich?
The movement is said to be a workhorse. Very reliable. PR??
No PR at all. My private channel, my costs, no one pay me for anything 😊
I was fascinated by the movement!
Top
Bitte 😃

After 10 years the lubricants are probably dry. That will be a good time for servicing the watch.

Yes true it’s not comparable to Lange or other brands.

Don’t worry about water… it’s recycled ☺️
I like your video, but you need to talk us through it, provide opinion, etc. You would be much more successful on youtube.
In near future I try do one video with talking
