You can make cousins in CAS though. Make your sim, give them a parent, give the parent a sibling, create the cousin then delete the parent and their sibling.
And yes I understand we needed an easier version but just letting you guys know it wasn’t impossible.

My sim went on a date with manuel earlier today .. they are romantic partners,... but I had to go to work irl... can't wait to go home ... love this pack so far

They should have added a horny meter that goes up or down with every date interactions. And when it’s high the sim has to woohoo or he’ll be pissed.
