I made single thread consistency yet my laddos turned hard next day how to keep it super soft for few days atlest
If you need soft laddos , keep the jaggery syrup little watery. It also depends upon the type of jaggery.

I use to eat Boiled Rice Ladoos during childhood prepared by my mom but she use to add Desi Ghee which you have not. Is it because nowadays people became Health conscious.
adding Shudh ghee gives texture to ladoos.Thanks
No harm in adding ghee. I have mentioned adding ghee in the recipe, though it is not mentioned in the list of ingredients.

Wow, tried it for Christmas, came out well but my mixture was little wet, for how many days can we keep this ma'am.
You may adjust adding little more rice flour. The consistency depends upon the type of jaggery and coconut used. Laddos made using this method remain good for at least 2 weeks.
